Do you want to shape technology and engineering practices across an entire organization? As Staff Engineer at Lendo, you will play
a key role in driving technical direction, architecture and engineering excellence across Product & Tech.

The Opportunity
Your Challenge
As Staff Engineer, you will be part of the Product & Tech leadership team, working closely with Engineering Managers, the Head of
Technology and other key stakeholders to drive technical direction across Product & Tech. You will act as a trusted technical
advisor across our engineering organization, helping teams make sound technical decisions while staying connected to hands-on
engineering and solving complex challenges.
You will:
- Participate in technical skills assessments of engineers, helping ensure a consistent and high technical standard across the
organization.

About You
We are looking for a senior engineer with a strong architectural mindset who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing
others through technical expertise rather than formal authority.
You have:
Experience from a regulated or high-trust environment and/or working closely with Data/ML teams is a plus.
Most importantly, you are curious, collaborative and pragmatic. You take ownership, challenge existing solutions when needed and
enjoy helping both people and technology move forward.
