Tech Management Consultant – IT Architect

ABOUT THE ROLE You will join a large-scale ERP transformation in a global manufacturing environment where Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Delivery are central to the business. The role sits in an end-to-end architecture team and focuses on creating consistency across processes, systems, and design decisions in parallel ERP programs. You will work close to stakeholders across business and IT, helping shape how global sales, delivery, and invoicing processes are defined, aligned, and implemented. JOB DESCRIPTION * You will represent and safeguard the O2C and O2D processes from both a business process and architecture perspective. * You will ensure that business goals and target architecture are reflected in solution design, with focus on efficiency, scalability, and industry best practices. * You will work closely with realization leads and help drive pragmatic decisions that support progress and results. * You will support Process Developers in establishing, documenting, and governing global processes and templates. * You will facilitate change management and handle change requests related to O2C within the ERP programs. * You will collaborate with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator to secure smooth end-to-end integration. * You will identify business impacts when processes need to align with industry standards and communicate those impacts clearly to stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS * University degree, preferably in Computer Science. * 8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role. * Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment. * Solid understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes. * Significant experience working as a Business Architect in complex and global environments. * Documented ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365. * Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools, where ARIS is currently used. * Fluent English, both written and spoken. NICE TO HAVE * Experience from the automotive industry. * Experience working with complex products. * Experience from multiple ERP implementation projects. ABOUT THE ROLE You will help shape the Order-to-Cash landscape in two major ERP initiatives within a global manufacturer of trucks, buses, and power solutions. One program is transforming the industrial ERP backbone, while another is evolving the commercial ERP setup for wholesale and retail on Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a senior ERP Business Architect focused on O2C, you will work closely with business and program stakeholders to create end-to-end consistency across O2C and O2D, align with adjacent ERP processes, and keep the commercial target architecture on track. This role suits you if you enjoy connecting business priorities, process design, and architecture in a complex international environment. What makes it especially interesting is the chance to influence global process and ERP decisions across both SAP S/4HANA and Dynamics 365.
