Treasury Analyst

human judgment to make financing simple, fast and fair. With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets and

currencies, we’re now looking for a Treasury Analyst to strengthen our treasury function and help build a data-driven, AI-powered

treasury for the next phase of growth.

As Treasury Analyst, you will take end-to-end ownership of managing Qred's balance sheet, funding, liquidity, and FX exposure

across European markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Treasury, your mission connects daily market execution with core

financial stability, directly enabling our continued balance sheet scaling.

• Calculate daily regulatory liquidity metrics and support mandatory filings for the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority

(SFSA).

• Perform the daily calculation of regulatory measures, making sure Qred’s liquidity and exposures are accurately measured and

monitored

You bring a disciplined, analytical approach to liquidity and market risk, paired with a drive to modernize legacy banking

workflows. You thrive on autonomy, think holistically about balance sheet mechanics, and actively seek opportunities to automate

routine operations into scalable infrastructure.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work

together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working

remotely one day per week. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can

join us immediately.
