I den här rollen är du vårt ansikte utåt i skrift och telefon, den som sätter tonen för gästens hela vistelse. Du guidar våra gäster från idéstadium till färdig bokning genom att skapa träffsäkra offerter, hitta de där lilla extra mervärdena som överträffar förväntningarna och säkerställa att varje affär hamnar i hamn.

Om rollen

I den här rollen hanterar du inkommande förfrågningar för både grupper och privatpersoner. Du ansvarar för hela kedjan, från första kontakt och skräddarsydd offertskrivning till uppföljning, bokning och överlämning till våra driftsavdelningar.

Vi söker dig som kombinerar en stark känsla för service med affärsmässighet och ordning och reda. Du trivs när det händer mycket, kan prioritera bland inkommande ärenden och är inte rädd för att ta initiativ för att stänga en affär.
