To actively shape this change and drive our expansion, we are looking for a Strategy & Execution Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder, the Founders Associate, and various teams, taking on cross-departmental tasks and driving strategic initiatives forward. Your contribution will ensure that key projects are implemented efficiently and that our growth is built on a solid foundation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Independently planning and managing projects in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation. * Supporting various teams with core tasks and process optimization to increase efficiency. * Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, as well as preparing relevant reports and presentations. OVERVIEW We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Intern (m/f/d) to support our sales and go-to-market team. This internship is ideal for students or early-stage professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This role is highly operational and impact-driven: You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations to uncover trends, optimize CRM systems, and contribute to impactful initiatives that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Clean and standardize CRM records * Support Reporting for C-Level executives * Improve data structure and maintain hygiene * Support ongoing CRM maintenance so reporting and sales execution stays reliable * Research and prepare outbound initiatives for target accounts * Create and maintain offer/proposal templates * Build a presentation library (deck modules, reusable slides, versioning/structure) * Organize case studies and documentation so sales and marketing can find and reuse content quickly * Support ad-hoc operational tasks that unblock the team and improve execution speed QUALIFICATIONS * Ongoing studies in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Marketing Ops, or related fields (or comparable early-stage experience) * Very strong attention to detail and willingness to do structured operational work * Confident with Excel/Google Sheets; interest in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) * Able to research quickly and summarize clearly (stakeholders, pains, context) * Organized working style; you enjoy creating order, templates, and reusable structures * Proactive mindset: you spot gaps, propose improvements, and follow through OUR INTERVIEW PLAN * Application * Take‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline. * Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for.
