IN SWEDBANK YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Create intuitive and valuable digital experiences for Swedbank’s corporate customers and advisors.
Transform customer insights, business needs and technical possibilities into clear and effective design solutions.
Work throughout the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing and continuous improvement.
Design user experiences using sketches, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Service Designers, insight specialists, Business Owners, Business Analysts, developers

and other stakeholders in cross-functional teams.

Contribute to a customer-centric way of working and help strengthen UX design practices across our digital channels.
Share your knowledge, inspire colleagues and contribute to our wider UX community.
  • Take on increasing responsibility and develop towards a UX Lead role, with opportunities to guide design work and support other

UX Designers.

WHAT IS NEEDED IN THIS ROLE:

At least five years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
Relevant education in UX design, interaction design or another related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design and the end-to-end design process, preferably including the Double Diamond

framework.

Experience conducting user research, creating prototypes and testing solutions iteratively with users.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams with business representatives, requirements

specialists and developers.

  • The ability to present, explain and advocate for design decisions based on customer insights, business value and technical

feasibility.

Experience working with Figma or a comparable design tool, as well as design systems and component libraries.
Curiosity, strong self-leadership and the ability to take ownership and move work forward in a complex environment.
  • An interest in growing into a UX Lead role; previous experience leading design work or mentoring other designers is an

advantage.

Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Knowledge of, or experience working with, corporate customers is considered an advantage.
Experience from a large and complex organisation, banking or financial services is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of, or experience working with, AI-enabled solutions is also considered an advantage.
