Tyréns | AI Centre of Enablement Lead AI Centre of Enablement Lead Sverige Ansök

Make AI useful across Tyréns Help Tyréns utilise AI better, reduce duplication and increase quality and value for clients. This is an opportunity to shape how expertise and AI work together across Tyréns Group, building shared capability rather than another layer of administration.

The assignment Establish and lead a small, virtual AI Centre of Enablement (CoE), bringing together existing business-area and Group resources. Connect local efforts, make priorities visible and help useful learning travel. Start with what matters most, demonstrate value and develop the model as it proves its worth. The mandate and resources will evolve; shaping a workable assignment is part of the role.

Establish and lead a virtual team of AI champions and contributors.
Build and maintain an active network across every business area and relevant Group functions.
Create a clear view of AI initiatives, agree value-led priorities and provide Group leadership with evidence to support decisions, without making the AI CoE a local approval gate.
Turn successes and failures into practical learning, playbooks, methods and training. Help local champions build capability and make reuse easier than starting again.
Select opportunities worth sharing: proven local work or a credible Group-wide case from the outset. Require a business case, a receiving owner's commitment and appropriate safeguards before funded scaling.
Help people navigate responsible AI by connecting them with the relevant policy, legal, security, data and technical owners. The role holder should understand the available expertise and when to involve it, but does not own compliance controls or assume these teams' responsibilities.
Secure local sponsorship and the capacity required to deliver.
Identify capability and capacity gaps in AI transformation and adoption, connect these to the right support, and escalate unresolved Group-level barriers.

The role has no line management responsibility and does not restructure the organisation. Business areas retain responsibility for local priorities, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation. The role holder is accountable for enabling collaboration, building capability, providing transparency and ensuring appropriate follow-up.

The person who will make this work You are a business-facing leader who earns trust, makes choices and gets people moving without relying on hierarchy. You can work across countries and functions, translate uncertainty into practical next steps, and challenge both inflated promises and unnecessary caution.

Experience to bring We are looking for evidence that you have led change across organisational boundaries, built networks that delivered results, prioritised competing needs using business value, and helped people adopt new ways of working. Show how you secured commitments, handled resistance and followed through on outcomes, not just how you designed a strategy.

You need enough AI literacy to assess opportunities, limitations and risks, and to work credibly with specialists. Software engineering or AI research expertise is not required. Clear communication, sound professional judgement and the ability to shape an incomplete brief matter more than a narrowly technical profile.

Experience in consulting, the built environment or another knowledge-intensive business is useful, but not essential. We welcome relevant experience from different professional backgrounds.

Why this assignment matters This is a chance to build, not simply administer. The role holder will help professional expertise benefit from AI across the Group, with success judged by time released, quality, client value and commercial outcomes rather than the number of pilots. The model starts small: influence, practical choices and shared learning will matter more than a large central team.

About the role The role may be based at any Tyréns office and requires some travel within the Group. This is a full-time assignment reporting to Group Management Team. The role holder will be seconded to the Group AI Centre of Enablement, while their employment contract remains with their current Tyréns Group company.

Express your interest Tell us why this assignment interests you and provide two examples of change you have led through influence, including the outcome and your contribution. Send this and your CV to olof.dedering@tyrens.se no later than 30 October 2026.
