Schedule: 3 days = 20-24 hours/week
Location: Irvine - Trading Academy Center
Trading Academy is seeking two professional, personable, and organized Front Desk Receptionists to join our Irvine team on a
temporary basis. This position provides maternity leave coverage and is expected to last approximately 3-4 months. The two hires
will choose one of two schedules, which together provide full coverage Monday through Friday at Irvine Trading Academy’s Fitch
Avenue center.
As the first person visitors, students, and guests meet when they arrive, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming,
professional experience while supporting the daily operations of our educational training center.
This position is an excellent fit for someone between permanent opportunities, returning to the workforce, or seeking a meaningful
full-time temporary assignment with a collaborative, professional team.

Overview The Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Concierge) is a key link in our relationships with new consultations/patients and must have the ability to connect with people on a professional and friendly level to instill trust and confidence. The main objective of this role is to ensure that all patients and prospective patients receive top quality attention and care in the interactions they have with the practice.
