Senior Android Engineer

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is

part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and

assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• You are a Senior Android Engineer with 8+ years of Android development experience.
• You have experience with agentic tools, and are an engineer who adopts agentic-first development. Having prior experience with

agentic tools like Claude and Cursor is crucial.

• You are an inclusive colleague and a true great teammate.

• You have a deep understanding and experience of modern Android development and best practices.
• You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high-quality code.
• You know how to write readable, idiomatic and maintainable Kotlin and are willing to follow already defined coding guidelines

and workflows.

• You have a deep understanding of Android app architecture, design patterns and API design.
• You understand how mobile applications connect with backend systems end-to-end, and what it takes to keep conversations in sync

in near real time within battery, network and performance budgets.

• You care about building safe experiences — privacy, moderation and abuse prevention are design inputs, not afterthoughts.
• Having some working experience with C++ or iOS development is a plus, as you may occasionally build features that span across

platforms and codebases.

• You value team success over personal success.
• You value continuing learning and incentivising others to do the same in the process.
