Nobia Group is one of Europe’s largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating a portfolio of 8 leading brands
across the Nordic region. In this role you will support our strong brand INVITA.
At INVITA, we are strengthening the way our commercial business processes are supported by IT. As our new IT System Consultant,
you will play an important role in ensuring that our systems work reliably, our data is of high quality, and our business gets the
support it needs to operate and develop.
Working closely with the Product Owner responsible for Commercial Solutions, you will translate business needs into clear,
testable and operational solutions. You will act as an important link between the business and IT, combining business
understanding with technical insight to improve systems, processes, master data and data flows. A significant part of the role
will be to help ensure high-quality catalogue and commercial data that supports both sales tools and 3D drawing solutions.
This is a role for someone who enjoys understanding how things work end-to-end, bringing structure to complexity and turning
business needs into solutions that work in practice.
The IT System Consultant will have a broad role across INVITA's commercial IT landscape, covering requirements, solution design,
testing, master data, application support and continuous improvement. Working in close partnership with the Product Owner, you
will act as a key contributor in the ongoing development, support and improvement of INVITA's commercial systems and master data
landscape.
The role primarily supports commercial solutions used for kitchen sales, order processing and 3D design. This includes ensuring
high-quality master data, stable system integrations and effective support for business users, while contributing to the
continuous development and optimization of business processes and system capabilities.
We are looking for someone with experience as a System Consultant, Application Specialist or similar role in a commercial IT
environment.
You have a relevant educational background, such as a Datamatiker degree, a degree in Computer Science, or a Bachelor’s degree in
IT Architecture, Software Development or a related field.
Business understanding – you are able to understand the needs of the business and translate them into practical IT solutions.
Technical curiosity – you enjoy understanding how systems, integrations and data work together and are not afraid to dig into the
details.
Structured problem solving – you bring structure to complex issues and follow problems through to a robust solution.
Delivery focus – you take ownership of tasks and improvements from idea to implementation, ensuring solutions are properly
embedded in the business and deliver the intended value.
Stakeholder fluency – you communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can bridge the gap between
business and IT.
Quality mindset – you care about getting things right, whether it is a requirement, a test, a data flow or a solution delivered to
the business.
This is an opportunity to take on a role where business, technology and data come together. You will have broad exposure to our
commercial operations and play an important part in ensuring that our applications support the business effectively – from
requirements and testing to data quality and day-to-day support.
Your primary workplace will be our HQ in Tilst – but it’s a hybrid position. At our office, we have a lunch scheme for our
employees.
We look forward to hearing from you!
A cover letter is not necessary, but please include a short motivation in your CV - it can be at danish or english. We process
applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to send your CV as soon as possible.
