The role
As a Participant Support Advisor at Prolific, you’ll play a key role in supporting the participants who power research on our
platform. You’ll join our small, collaborative participant support team, delivering exceptional, empathetic support while helping
us continuously improve and scale the participant experience. You’ll spend the majority of your time handling participant support
tickets, using your experience, judgment, and troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve a wide range of complex queries,
ranging from account, payment, and verification issues to reviewing account holds and identifying potential platform or policy
issues. You’ll be comfortable managing a high volume of tickets while maintaining a high bar for quality, accuracy, and customer
care.
Beyond resolving individual queries, you’ll proactively identify trends, uncover recurring issues, and take ownership of
improvements that make support faster, smarter, and more scalable. You’ll act as a trusted point of expertise within the team,
sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and helping raise the overall quality of support. You’ll collaborate closely with
internal teams across Prolific, translating participant feedback into actionable insights and advocating for improvements across
the platform. You’ll help ensure participant needs are considered in decisions that impact the quality, fairness, and
trustworthiness of our research ecosystem.
You’ll lead support-led initiatives that improve the participant experience and make our operations more effective. This could
include analyzing support trends to identify opportunities, simplifying complex processes, improving internal workflows, creating
clearer guidance for participants, or partnering with other teams to address recurring issues at their root cause. You’ll use your
frontline experience to turn customer insights into meaningful improvements. This is a role for a seasoned support professional
who thrives with autonomy and ownership. You’ll be trusted to take on complex problems, drive work forward independently, and
deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight. Working closely with the Participant Support Manager, you’ll help shape how
we scale support and improve our processes to create an exceptional experience for Prolific participants.

THE ROLE Wise Energy is looking for a Management Accountant professional with experience in renewable energy asset management. Supporting large-scale solar portfolios across international jurisdictions, with a focus on Chilean assets, I oversee finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across both outsourced accounting and tax functions as well as in-house processes. Working closely with senior finance leadership in Madrid, I collaborate across teams and with external partners to maintain high-quality financial reporting and operational performance. Comfortable operating in a hybrid and international setting, proactively identify and resolve issues, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of consistent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Management Accounting & Reporting • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for SPVs and group entities. • Produce financial reporting packs, dashboards, and commentary, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting standards and group policies. • Deliver financial information to internal stakeholders, lenders, and investors within agreed deadlines. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis • Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts across assigned entities. • Provide financial analysis and insights to support planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making. Treasury & Cash Flow • Support cash flow forecasting, including liquidity and working capital monitoring. • Perform cash reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies. • Assist with cash distribution calculations, covenant monitoring, and treasury reporting. Tax & Compliance • Oversee local tax compliance in coordination with external advisors, ensuring timely filings and payments. • Review tax calculations, returns, and supporting documentation as required. • Maintain compliance trackers and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements. Audit & Statutory Support • Prepare audit deliverables and supporting documentation for statutory audits. • Coordinate auditor queries and liaise with external auditors and advisors. • Support the preparation of statutory financial statements under applicable accounting standards. Asset Onboarding & Change Support • Support onboarding and offboarding of assets, ensuring finance systems, reporting structures, and controls are properly implemented. • Review onboarding documentation and validate completeness of financial information. • Contribute to transactions such as refinancing, restructuring, or M&A processes where relevant. Processes, Systems & Controls • Maintain and improve finance SOPs, controls, and documentation. • Support implementation and improvement of finance systems (ERP, payments, reporting tools). • Ensure documentation is properly stored and maintained in shared systems. THE ROLE WiseEnergy is a trusted and established solar asset manager, offering all the services clients require to manage and optimise large-scale solar plants, from development and construction through to long-term operational asset management. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate finance professional to support the delivery of finance asset management services to one of our most important clients in London. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the people they work with, naturally seeks to collaborate and enjoys the buzz of good camaraderie. Although, as with all finance roles, you will need to have exceptional attention to detail. This role is directly client-facing and requires someone with confidence to report the portfolio's performance and to handle client queries as they arise. In other words, you will be a key member of the team who can build and maintain good working relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a highly commercial and influential advisor to the clients, playing a pivotal role in ensuring timely reporting and analysis that drives future strategic decision making and value creation. THE ROLE The Head of Finance needs to provide strategic leadership, governance, and end‑to‑end oversight across the finance function, including all third‑party and outsourced finance arrangements. As the main sponsor of this foundation, the NextEnergy Group donates at least 5% of its consolidated net profits each year. The NextEnergy Foundation has no overhead costs and therefore 100% of the funds raised go to donations for the various projects.
