Based on the cutting-edge technologies of SAP and ServiceNow, we implement integrated asset management, field service management, planning & scheduling, and mobile solutions.   We are seeking an SAP Utilities Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and execution of SAP projects for customers. This role uses in-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, utilities industry standards and systems expertise to guide client implementations. You will work closely with our clients, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, architecture and lead the implementation SAP based solutions for Utilities including CR&B, EAM, Mobility & Scheduling.  WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Lead the end-to-end delivery and execution of SAP projects for customers, using best practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction. * Participate in presales activities with customers to support potential SAP opportunities. Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work * Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for utility-specific business processes * Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Process Documents (BPD’s), and Functional Specifications for SAP Plant Maintenance / Work Management / Mobility / Scheduling processes based on business requirements. * Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects. * Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs for multiple business areas * Provide Incident Response and end-user support. WHAT YOU BRING * At least 10 years of utilities industry, technology, and services experience * Functional knowledge of SAP ISU / CR&B implementations. Configuration experience preferred. * Experience in integration of Plant Maintenance (PM) with SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM) * Experience with SAP and/or 3rd party mobile & scheduling applications (SAP Field Service Management, SAP Service and Asset Manager, SAP Work Manager, ClickSchedule ,ClickMobile, Click FSE, etc.) preferred. * Experience transforming business requirements into project requirements and deliverables. * Strong planning, management, problem solving, and leadership ability. * Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work streams in a constantly changing work environment. * Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred. This role combines deep functional knowledge of SAP FSM with strong business process understanding in service operations, field execution, dispatching, mobility, planning, and integrated service management. The consultant leads workshops, drives solution architecture, and ensures successful end-to-end project delivery within complex enterprise environments. Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work. * Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for Field Service Management-specific business processes. * Configure SAP FSM including Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Workflow, Mobile App, Crowd Service, Checklists, and Analytics. * Advise customers in best practices in Field Service, including scheduling optimization, mobile operations, SLAs, and technician enablement.  * Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects. * Deliver user training, solution demos, and change management support. * Create solution documentation, functional specs, process maps, and configuration guides. This role serves as both a functional and technical expert, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of RSH. Key responsibilities include defining and enabling forecasting and workload balancing, planning and assigning work orders, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing the RSH solution to meet each customer’s unique needs. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP RSH projects, ensuring on time,on budget execution and high customer satisfaction. * Participate in presales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities and provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work. * Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for RSH business processes. * Support customers in the installation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling to plan and dispatch maintenance tasks. * Work closely with customers tocreate schedules, simulate workloads, level capacity, and assign techniciansbased on skills and availability.  * Develop training materials and guide users (planners, technicians) on RSH functionality.
