Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million
hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique
stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.
Airbnb, a leader in travel and hospitality, is on a mission to create a world where anyone can belong anywhere. We offer unique
accommodations and experiences, crafted and curated by locals. As we expand into new marketplaces for in-person experiences and
services, we are on the lookout for driven and innovative individuals to help shape our growth trajectory.
The Global Markets & Policy Advanced Analytics team is building the data infrastructure, measurement systems, product analytics
capabilities, and self-service tools that will power Airbnb's international growth in 2026 and beyond. This is a greenfield
opportunity to shape how global teams make nimbler decisions and build locally relevant features, moving from HQ-dependent
reporting cycles to fast, local, data-driven action.
A key focus of this role is partnering with Airbnb's International Product organization—regional product and engineering teams
building locally tailored guest experiences across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. This role will also partner directly with
regional business teams, as well as Finance and Supply, to surface local insights, build scalable tooling, and advance measurable
impact on core business metrics. The ideal candidate brings deep technical rigor, strong product and business instincts, and a
bias toward proactively building things—not just analyzing them.
You will develop and lead initiatives focused on ensuring we have the right international growth strategy and product experience.
You will lead measurement, build tools, support new product features, and develop insights leveraging a wide range of internal and
external data sources to ensure the business is making the right decisions for both strategic direction and tactical execution.
You are someone with a strong data and analytics background—curious, engaged, positive, and detail- and solutions-oriented. The
world—and thus our industry—is changing quickly, so you will be comfortable responding promptly and changing course as needed when
priorities and analytical priorities shift.
You will be highly collaborative, working regularly with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional partners across Regional
Teams, Product, Policy, Supply, Finance, Data Science, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing.
You will already be recognized as a leader in the data and analytics field at this level, with a proven track record of using a
range of strategies and disciplines to solve complex and ambiguous measurement problems for business teams. You will also use your
considerable experience with data and insights storytelling to influence large-scale strategic programs, and be adept at
leveraging AI technologies to accelerate and elevate the quality of your work.
You must be comfortable working in a global company, delivering counsel and guidance to senior leadership across the team and
organization. You will have solid experience building internal advocacy and influencing multiple senior audiences on
hard-to-communicate topics.

You'll partner closely with Guest Engagement Marketing, MarTech Data Science, and Strategic Finance to drive measurable booking impact through experimentation and insights. The Difference You Will Make You will be the clear analytics owner of Airbnb's guest lifecycle marketing domain — covering abandon journeys, demand generation, onboarding, upsell, and more.
