This role supports the end-to-end studio photography workflow by producing consistent, high-quality product imagery that meets brand standards. You’ll assist with lighting and studio setup, prepare merchandise for shooting, complete basic post-production tasks, and help maintain an organized, efficient studio environment. The responsibilities include authentication and intake of merchandise, entering product information into our databases, and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing, an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and other inventory databases. You will work with the warehouse operations team, as well as with the Consignment Managers to meet our goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
JOIN OUR TEAM As an Interior Stylist at Westwing’s Photo & Video Production Studio in Robakowo, you will shape premium interior sets for our Product Photo and Video productions. You will translate creative direction into engaging, product-driven scenes that inspire customers and bring our Home & Living collections to life. Working hands-on in a fast-paced environment, you will combine strong aesthetic intuition with practical execution, including using AI-supported tools. Reporting to the Visual Direction and Production teams, you will ensure every set reflects Westwing’s signature style while supporting efficient workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Shape premium interior sets for Product Photo and Video productions, translating creative concepts into visually compelling, product-focused scenes that reflect Westwing’s aesthetic and support high-quality photo and video content creation * Drive AI-assisted product photo creation by combining styling expertise with hands-on AI production workflows * Take ownership of the styling process on set, from interpreting moodboards and creative direction to final execution, ensuring that all compositions are visually balanced, emotionally engaging, and production-ready * Style furniture, décor, and props with a strong sense of composition, color, materials, and proportions, creating aspirational interiors that highlight products in a natural and desirable way * Collaborate closely with Photographers, Producers, and the Visual Direction Team to ensure every shoot is aligned with campaign goals, timelines, and overall brand consistency * Actively contribute to production planning and preparation, ensuring sets are ready for efficient daily shoots and continuously improving styling processes, visual quality, and workflow efficiency YOU COME WITH * Proven experience as an Interior Stylist, Set Stylist, Visual Merchandiser, Interior Designer, or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing premium interior styling work * Strong understanding of composition, color, materials, proportions, and product storytelling, with the ability to create cohesive, aspirational interior scenes * Hands-on experience working on photo or video sets, ideally within e-commerce, editorial, advertising, or Home & Living productions * Ability to style multiple products into clear, balanced, and visually engaging compositions in a fast-paced studio environment * Strong attention to detail combined with confident on-set decision-making, flexibility, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset * Good communication and collaboration skills, with Polish and English at minimum B2 level and interest in AI tools, CGI, and creative production workflows WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it. The Role… Reporting to the Junior Buyer and Product Developer, the Buying Admin Assistant will play a key supporting role in the purchasing and product development strategy for Soho Home, bringing bespoke products to the retail marketplace. As Buying Admin Assistant for Soho Home, you will support the team to optimize all key functions across the buying and product development department, to ensure each brief is executed to a high standard and hits all KPI’s. Main Duties… * Provide administrative support to the Buying & Product Development department * Manage all administrative tasks along the critical path and product lifecycle * Maintain an awareness of the development critical path, supporting the team to ensure key calendar milestone are always met * Ensure key product information across all internal platforms is up to date and accurate * Update and maintain the seasonal development tracker, ensuring all key data throughout development is input * Support in the department trade preparation * Assist in compiling competitive analysis reports and other preparations required for seasonal sign-off meetings * Assist in all preparations required for prototype and finalisation meetings – Presentation boards, range management documents, and physical set up of the showroom space. Oversee all logistical elements to ensure samples are on time and in place for key meetings. * Take responsibility of all sample requests and shipments in line with department demands, liaising with suppliers as required * Manage samples across all sites (office, warehouse, showroom).
