Business Director - K.D. Feddersen Recycling Solutions

K.D. Feddersen Recycling Solutions is looking for a Business Director who wants to lead, develop and shape a business area

experiencing strong market demand. The company is part of the Feddersen Group, with operations worldwide and a particularly strong

presence across Europe and the Baltic region.

We are looking for an ambitious and business-driven leader ready to take ownership of a Nordic business area and play a key role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a Nordic business area with full commercial responsibility, combining sales leadership,

strategic influence and operational execution. Reporting directly to the Nordic Board, you will shape the area's direction, drive

profitability and strengthen the company's market position across the Nordics.

As Business Director – Recycling, you will hold full budget and P&L responsibility for the business area. You will lead and

support employees across the Nordic region while remaining actively involved in customer relationships, key account management and

business development.

The business area focuses on project sales, agency representation, tender processes, service operations and recycling solutions

for industrial customers. With significant autonomy, influence and responsibility, you will play a key role in the continued

growth and success of the Nordic organization.

In this role, you will have broad responsibility spanning leadership, sales and business performance. You will work both

strategically and operationally with considerable freedom and close interaction with customers, suppliers and internal

stakeholders.

We are looking for a commercially driven, ambitious and down-to-earth leader who enjoys combining sales, leadership and business

responsibility. You have a strong business mindset, the ability to identify opportunities and the determination to turn plans into

results.

Through professionalism, structure and energy, you create engagement internally while delivering sustainable business performance.

You are equally comfortable discussing long-term direction with the board as you are leading commercial activities in the market.
