We are looking for a Talent Resourcing Lead to join our Project Delivery and Resourcing team. In this role, you will combine

talent sourcing, customer assignment fulfilment and employee support. You will work closely with our Senior Recruiter, Sales team

and other internal stakeholders to ensure we find the right professionals for our customers – and that our employees have someone

to turn to throughout their journey with Prohoc.

🏆WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Source and identify suitable professionals and subcontractors for customer assignments through Teamtailor, networks and other

channels.

Interview candidates and assess their skills, experience and suitability for different assignments.
Work closely with Sales to understand customer needs, present candidates and follow up on resourcing progress.
  • Act as the primary contact and light manager for assigned employees, supporting them with everyday work-related matters,

wellbeing and professional development.

  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee information and ensure smooth cooperation between Resourcing, Recruitment, Sales and

HR.

Identify opportunities to improve our ways of working and support the development of our business.

🤝WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, resourcing or staffing within technology industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
A proactive, service-minded and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently, prioritise and take ownership of your responsibilities.
Basic understanding of Finnish employment legislation and applicable collective agreements.
Good Finnish and English skills.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Location: Vaasa or Helsinki, hybrid remote work

Contract: Fixed-term 1 year, with possibility to extension

Start: As soon as possible

Probationary period: 6 months
