From our office in Houten, we’re looking for an Integration Consultant who’s eager to contribute to ensure seamless integration between the Miles solution and connected systems. You will act as an expert with solid business knowledge, working closely together with technical and non-technical teams. You effortlessly understand the customer's system landscape, can identify integration needs, and implement solutions that align with business needs. What you'll do... Implementation (project) services * Conducting integration requirement workshops, identifying gaps, and preparing functional specifications. * Assessing if integrations fit in generic Miles product. * Mapping the customer’s system landscape, including third-party software, to Miles. * Coordinating with customers on gathering detailed integration specifications * Managing implications of the technical integration and documenting integration work instruction. * Collaborating closely with customer and project team to align requirements with the solution. * Performing pre-delivery integration testing and participating in solution handovers. * Providing functional and technical support to customers during integration testing. Post Go-Live services * Managing change requests related to system integration, including interfacing between Miles Enterprise and connected systems. * Conducting workshops to address integration issues and refining requirements into actionable specifications. * Verifying integration capabilities and proposing solutions based on the customer's landscape. * Implementing new or existing integration solutions, coordinating with stakeholders as needed. * Offering solution consulting, including advice, design, and guidance for technical and functional configuration required to establish the integration. * Addressing and resolving integration-related defects by leveraging domain expertise. What else is expected: * Experienced in a technical consulting or system integration, preferably in a tech-driven environment, * Good understanding of how cloud platforms and their integrations operate. * Strong knowledge of system integration principles and database structures ensuring performant, scalable and secure integrations. * Experience with software implementation projects, ideally within the automotive or finance sector. * Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. * Proficiency in integration tools and technologies. * Good presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. * Attention to detail and the ability to document processes effectively. * Proficiency in English (and Dutch). As a Senior Integration Consultant, you don't just build interfaces; you define the integration architecture for massive automotive and financial ecosystems. You operate at the highest level of technical complexity, ensuring that "Miles" serves as the beating heart of a connected landscape. In this high-impact role at a hidden champion of mobility tech, you act as a technical authority, a trusted advisor to client CIOs, and a mentor who elevates the entire integration practice within Sofico.
