Vi söker nu en vikarierande socialsekreterare till vårt socialpsykiatriska team och hoppas att du vill komma till oss! Socialkontoret i Sollentuna är en socialtjänst som ligger i framkant avseende utveckling och nytänkande. Vi arbetar för att utveckla en kunskapsbaserad socialtjänst, där uppföljningsinstrument och kvalitetsfrågor är i fokus. Omvärldsbevakning, samverkan, brukarmedverkan och utveckling är prioriterade områden. Vid socialkontoret i Sollentuna arbetar ca 230 personer. Verksamheten är uppdelad i fyra avdelningar; avdelningen för vuxna, avdelningen för barn och unga, avdelningen stöd och utveckling samt FOU nordväst. Enheten för beroende och socialpsykiatri är en av sju enheter inom avdelningen för vuxna. Enheten består av fem socialsekreterare med inriktning missbruk/beroende och sex socialsekreterare med inriktning socialpsykiatri. I dagsläget har enheten totalt 11 socialsekreterare och två gruppledare samt enhetschef. Arbetsbeskrivning Som socialsekreterare på enheten för beroende och socialpsykiatri är arbetet varierande. Enheten arbetar för att sprida kunskap om de målgrupper vi finns till för och tänka att vi arbetar på en och samma enhet och det kan därför innebära att man utifrån arbetsbelastning kan få möjlighet att arbeta med båda våra målgrupper. Som socialsekreterare med inriktning mot målgruppen socialpsykiatri består arbetsuppgifterna i att utreda och bedöma ansökningar enligt SoL för personer med psykisk funktionsnedsättning. Vi använder oss av utredningsmaterialet DUR och av systematisk uppföljning via Dioevidence. Samverkan, intern så väl som extern, är en viktig del av arbetet och vi använder oss i stor utsträckning av samordnad individuell plan, SIP. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som framförallt har erfarenhet av arbete med myndighetsutövning. Meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete med samsjuklighet samt annan erfarenhet inom socialtjänsten och/eller annan erfarenhet av målgruppen. Vi samverkar över grupperna på enheten kring personer med samsjuklighet där vi arbetar med medhandläggarskap. Vi söker dig som har en socionomexamen. Det är meriterande om du har utbildning i motiverande samtal och MI samt om du har erfarenhet av systematisk uppföljning. Även annan erfarenhet av målgruppen är meriterande. I arbetet är det viktigt att du kan prioritera, fatta beslut och har ett helhetsperspektiv. The Manufacturing Quality team is part of the Global Manufacturing department at Operations. You will be a part of a team consisting of 11 dedicated co-workers, all responsible for a certain area of our contract manufacturer. Within the team there is different knowledge and areas of responsibility, but we all have the same goal: To guide and support our engineers and manufacturing partners to select and produce the best possible parts and products at a high and repeatable quality level. What you'll do here as Manufacturing Quality Engineer? In this role, you will be responsible for one of our manufacturing partners, maintaining our high level of quality as well as ensuring continuous improvement and handle customer issues. You will also: Drive continuous improvement activities together with our contract manufacturers. Be part of concept studies and early projects to find new and best solutions for our products. Work closely with both engineers and contract manufacturers to guide and steer, for us to have the best possible set up for manufacturing of our products. Be part of a team who prepare and support our manufacturers for the technologies we need for our products. Be third line support to the Product Specialists and aftermarket. Who are we looking for/Who are you? As a person you are easy to work with and a team player. You are helpful and flexible, knowing what is most crucial and able to prioritize. You know your field of area and have the curiosity of finding new solutions. Good communication skills in English both spoken and written, is required. You enjoy working closely with product development and innovation. We also see that you: Have 5+ years of relevant work experience including firsthand experience from production environment. Experience in quality methods and tools as PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma. Genuine interest in working with quality, risk mitigation and improvements. Are analytical and can write instructions and processes. Love sharing your knowledge, and give training both internal and externally. Are a person that keep yourself updated on developments within your area. Are Fluent in English, speaking and writing. In addition to the above, it will be nice if you have/are: Knowledge about manufacturing processes as plastic injection moulding, sheet metal, die casting, powder coating, PCBA, final assembly. Knowledge about management systems, ISO9001, ISO14001. Fluent in Swedish, speaking and writing. ISO auditor. Travelling to our manufacturers will demand about 25 days/year. About Low Noise Factory Low Noise Factory (LNF) designs and produces the world’s best low noise microwave amplifiers. These amplifiers are used near absolute zero –cryogenic– temperatures for space exploration, quantum computing, radio astronomy, and for various ground-breaking scientific endeavors where extreme sensitivity is paramount. Our amplifiers help receive signals from the most distant man-made object from Earth, the Voyager 1 space probe, help read quantum states in the fastest quantum computers. Low Noise Factory’s state-of-the-art amplifiers are far ahead of the competition. We invest heavily in research and collaborate closely with academic and scientific communities to keep advancing our technology further and further. We do everything from basic research to product development, production and testing. In our 1500 sqm facility in Gothenburg we have a state-of-the-art laboratory with electronics assembly all the way to high frequency cryogenic testing. In addition, we have access to advanced cleanrooms where we develop and produce our semiconductor circuits. LNF has 25 employees with a background from 15 different countries. Job description and responsibilities We are expanding our Semiconductor Devices department and looking for a Cleanroom Process Technician to take ownership of the well-defined microfabrication process steps that bring our transistors to life. As our process technician, you will master these steps and run them consistently and with care, making you a central part of how our devices are actually made. You will spend much of your time in a modern cleanroom, operating advanced fabrication equipment according to established recipes, conducting routine measurements and inspections on wafers, and clearly documenting your findings for the engineering team. The role is practical and detail-oriented, offering opportunities to expand your skills across various tools and processes over time. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: • Cleanroom fabrication steps such as photolithography, wet and dry etching, thin film deposition, metal lift-off, and wafer dicing. • On-wafer device measurements, optical and SEM inspection, and film thickness and recess metrology. • Sample preparation, reliability-test execution, and clear data logging and documentation. • First-line troubleshooting and supporting the engineers on new processes. Requirements and qualifications A relevant B.Sc. – a merit but not required. Proficient in written and spoken English. Attentive to details, disciplined in following written procedures, and comfortable with precision work. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. Valuable additional skills Hands-on cleanroom or semiconductor fab experience. Experience operating process equipment such as lithography, etch, or deposition tools. Experience with microscopy, metrology, or electrical measurements. Familiarity with III-V or compound semiconductor processing.
