Här finns samhället Osby med flera omkringliggande byar i olika storlek. Pastoratet har ca 6200 tillhöriga vilket motsvarar 60% tillhörighet. Vi vill nu satsa på våra konfirmander, ungdomar och unga vuxna. Det gör vi genom att utlysa två tjänster med ungdomsprofil. Sedan ett par år är vi ett team kring konfirmandarbetet. Det vill vi komplettera med ett team kring ungdomsarbetet. Vi tänker oss att du med din musikaliska inriktning kan bidra till att konfirmander, ungdomar och unga vuxna med glädje finns i sång och musik i våra kyrkor. I tjänsten ingår även traditionell musikertjänstgöring med gudstjänster, kyrkliga handlingar, ev. gospelkör och ev. barnkör. Hur och på vilket sätt får du vara med och utforma tillsammans med ett härligt gäng medarbetare. I Osby pastorat finns i nuläget 4 musiker varav en går i pension, 3-4 präster, diakon, församlingspedagog. I teamet kring konfirmander finns även servicepersonal. Du kommer därför att vara del av ett arbetslag med många goda krafter. Kvalifikationer: För tjänsten krävs att du kan spela piano eller gitarr och kan leda sång. För tjänsten krävs att du har körkort och gärna tillgång till egen bil. Pedagogisk utbildning inriktade på ungdomar är meriterande. Det är viktigt att du har ett stort hjärta för våra ungdomar och vill utifrån kyrkans budskap möta dem. Personlig lämplighet är viktig.
