ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What You'll Do Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most sophisticated in-house legal teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. * Acting as a thought partner to General Counsels, Legal Operations leaders, and in-house teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across their legal function. * Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key business units, to onboarding new team members, and ultimately guiding department-wide adoption across corporate legal teams. * Be the voice of in-house users inside Legora - sharing insights from legal ops teams, commercial lawyers, and compliance functions that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a GC, rolling out to regional teams, or training legal ops professionals. * Documenting best practices from leading legal departments, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping in-house teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how corporate legal operates - from evaluating the ROI and efficiency gains of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different functions, from contract management to regulatory compliance. What You Bring You come from the world of in-house law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have worked in a corporate legal department, juggling competing business priorities and doing more with less. Perhaps you've been in legal operations, driving efficiency and transformation initiatives. Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping in-house teams modernise. Either way, you know how in-house legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. * Have a background in law, with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department - ideally with exposure to legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. * Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from General Counsels to business leaders, and from lawyers to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. * Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. * Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining contract workflows, improving matter management, or enhancing compliance processes. * Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. * Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. * Understand the commercial realities of in-house life: doing more with limited resources, demonstrating value to the business, balancing risk and commercial objectives, and being a strategic partner rather than just a cost centre. A few more things: We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality. If that sounds exciting rather than terrifying, we'd love to hear from you. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

* In-person environment: Toronto office designed for ambitious builders. * Professional License & Certification Reimbursement Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.

Having successfully deployed this system across UEFA competitions, we are now expanding our remote operations to include the Premier League and Championship. Based in the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) at Hawk-Eye’s Head Office in Basingstoke, you'll play a crucial role in operating cutting-edge technology, liaising with Hawk-Eye colleagues on the ground across the UK, and a range of external stakeholders, contributing to the excitement of live sports events. While this is a casual contract, we are seeking candidates with full availability across the week. This role is designed for those looking to commit to significant hours, particularly during peak periods of the football calendar. WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE? For a typical 3pm kick off you can expect our call time to be 5 to 6 hours prior to the start of the match. Throughout the day you will be faced with several hard deadlines in which you will have to meet in order for the service to run effectively and efficiently. Initially, you will spend the first part of your day testing communications, calibrating, and optimising the technology. This ensures GLT is fully operational two hours prior to kick-off, allowing match officials to test its integrity. Warm up is our final opportunity to ensure the system is fully functional before we enter the live match. During the live match you will be monitoring the data, fine tuning the calibration and constantly preparing to produce a virtual replay for broadcasters should a goal line incident occur and activate our GLT system. To summarise, these would be the key components of the role: * Operation of the GLT system from the ROC during matches; * Match Day calibration of the GLT system * Monitoring of GLT live data * Delivering graphics and virtual replays for GLT and which will be shared with the TV audience worldwide * Collaborating with supervisors and on-site staff to ensure the system is operated to the highest standard * Investigating/troubleshooting software issues as technical support for the on-site team ESSENTIAL SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, AND REQUIREMENTS: * A technical grounding * Strong problem-solving skills * A willingness to learn * Excellent communication skills, punctuality and ability to follow instructions and work towards a shared goal * Ability to work flexibly, including weekday evenings and weekends for matches in line with match schedules * Live within a commutable distance of the Remote Operating Centre, Basingstoke (RG22) Desirable Attributes: * Experience, background or qualification in a technical-related course such as computing, computer science, engineering, mathematics, science or technology. * Understanding of PC networks and data collection * Camera optimisation At Hawk-Eye Innovations, we appreciate and value the importance of potential and growth. If you believe that you excel in certain areas and possess the passion and desire to develop further, we encourage you to apply. AVAILABILITY AND TRAINING: Please Note: While this is a casual contract, matches take place strictly according to the football calendar. The journey will begin with training and testing during global sporting events from July and into August. It is crucial that you are able to provide a good level of availability to regularly contribute and participate in these exposure and training opportunities over the initial training period. The ultimate goal is that by the opening weekend of the Premier League in August we will have a pool of operators who are ready to deliver GLT across multiple competitions. This role will have an initial focus on UEFA Football events while you train and gain experience in operating our system, with successful candidates then being given further exposure during our EPL and EFL operations. A typical shift would start 6 hours before the designated kick-off time to set up and test technology. The end of the shift is dependent on service, but typically would be 1 or 2 hours after the match has finished. WHAT DIFFICULTIES MIGHT I FACE? Up to this point, while there may be many things that you find intriguing about this role, the difficulties you may face should not be ignored. * Working Hours: Due to the nature of the sports industry, there is often work on weekends and midweek evenings, and we are expected to fulfil our roles until the final whistle and takedown is complete. * High-Pressure Situations: Working in a live broadcast environment on a production that is distributed to millions worldwide will bring high levels of pressure. We will do our best to train and equip you to the best possible level to help with these, however it is important to consider how you naturally navigate high-pressure environments, and whether this fast-paced role is the right fit for you. We celebrate our wins together and treat every challenge as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. * We are Inclusive: We believe our diversity makes us stronger. We cultivate a welcoming environment where unique perspectives are valued, all while being united by our shared love for sports and technology.
