Om tjänsten Detta är ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag på heltid via Academic Work hos en av Sveriges största aktörer inom energiproduktion (med goda möjligheter till hybridarbete) och start under hösten 2026. Som Environment Manager Sweden blir du bryggan mellan det centrala hållbarhetsteamet och de lokala anläggningarna. Energi- och miljöledningssystem: Projektleda och förbereda implementationen av energiledningssystemet ISO 50001 för samtliga anläggningar till 2027. Du styr även externa konsultsamarbeten (t.ex. med WSP) gällande gap-analyser och slutrapporter. Myndighetskontakt & Rapportering: Ansvara för den löpande kontakten med svenska energimyndigheter. Detta inkluderar lagstadgad energikartläggning, kartläggning av svenska anläggningar vart fjärde år samt den årliga framstegsrapporteringen till mars 2027. Anläggningsstöd & Revisionsförberedelser: Stötta lokala sajter (exempelvis OKG) inför och under externa miljö- och EU-taxonomirevisioner samt driva efterföljande förbättringsplaner. Lagbevakning & Regelefterlevnad: Monitorera och analysera förändringar i svensk och europeisk miljölagstiftning (såsom EU REACH och PFAS-regleringar) samt säkerställa att anläggningarna förstår kraven och har konkreta implementeringsplaner. Vi söker dig som Goda kunskaper av att arbeta med miljölagstiftning, regelefterlevnad eller miljöledningssystem (t.ex. ISO 14001 eller ISO 50001) inom industrin. Goda kunskaper av projektledning, förändringsledning eller att initiera och driva processförbättringar. Goda kunskaper och praktisk erfarenhet av datahantering, insamling och kvalitetssäkring för miljö- och energirapportering. Goda kunskaper om nya ramverk och direktiv såsom CSRD och EU-taxonomin. Flytande kunskaper i både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift (då rollen innebär tät kontakt med svenska myndigheter samt internationella kontaktytor). Environmental Engineer to Sandviken Responsibilities  Onsite environmental inspection duties, reporting to the project’s Environmental Manager and EHS Lead. Perform site walkovers with the site team/ supervisors and provide a written list of findings, agree actions to address non conformities (NC) issues with realistic dates reflecting the risk of the NC Provide monthly Environmental Progress Reports on incidents, resolutions or interventions.  Perform incident investigations and track close outs for any environmental non-compliance.  Perform audit checks of permits as well as managing the existing site based complaints system. Monitor, record and report on project waste management. Including the promotion and awareness around waste streams and waste minimisation. Ensure that all drains and potential entry points to watercourses are protected. Assess that all onsite discharges to watercourses should run clean water only and take mitigating actions if required.  Identify and implement spill kit provision and training requirements  Represent WTL for Client Environmental inspections and meetings and ensure reporting on close outs for any findings  Provide a presence on site to oversee medium to high risk tasks and operations  Promote best practice and progressive environmental management and provide information on ‘lessons learned’ and incidents feedback. Provide assistance to the Environmental Manager and be involved in all appropriate client meetings and the project decision making processes  Will be required to stop works where bad practice or management is identified  Ensure site noticeboards and key information points along the site hoarding contain sufficient levels of environmental information for site staff and the general public. Department of Aquatic Resources (SLU Aqua) Climate change is impacting aquatic ecosystems worldwide, creating an urgent need for management strategies that strengthen ecological resilience and support sustainable use of aquatic resources. In this two-year postdoctoral project, you will use quantitative  evidence-based syntheses to identify how aquatic management can enhance ecosystem resilience to the impacts of climate change. This position offers opportunities for career development at the interface between ecological research and practical management through scientific publishing, conference participation, and stakeholder engagement.  About the position We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher with a strong interest in evidence-based conservation and restoration ecology. The project combines fundamental ecological and evolutionary research with applied management science to address: Which management interventions most effectively increase resilience to climate change in aquatic ecosystems? How do dispersal, ecological interactions and evolutionary adaptation influence the success of climate adaptation measures? How can evidence synthesis be translated into practical decision support for environmental managers? You will apply systematic reviews, meta-analyses and other evidence synthesis methods to answer these questions. The work includes close collaboration with practitioners to ensure scientifically robust and practically relevant guidance for climate adaptation. The project is expected to result in scientific publications while directly informing evidence-based environmental policy and management. YOUR TASKS As a Vessel Superintendent, you are responsible for the technical and operational support of assigned vessels within the fleet. You will work closely with the crew in their daily operation, follow up on and monitor short-and long-term maintenance. In this position, you will have the mandate to make purchases of technical supplies and spare parts, work according to our 5-year plan and be responsible for the vessels’ proactive and cost-effective planning. The Vessel Superintendents’ responsibility is also to work within the limits for our annual budget. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily technical follow-ups. Ensure that assigned vessels are in good condition and that the crew are adequately supported to maintain the vessel in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Travelling to assigned vessels and other company offices regularly. Planning and supervising of vessels, shipyards and repairs. Carry out regular technical inspections on board assigned vessels. Responsible for resolving and finalising technical issues for your assigned vessels. Close follow-up on the vessel’s maintenance, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. Coordinate technical support and service personnel when required. Responsible for developing and maintaining the assigned vessels’ Planned Maintenance System. Close cooperation with Crewing, HSSE-Q and Chartering departments. Implementing safety and environmental standards so the vessels can operate safely.
