Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking, from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. We’re an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Creating and collaborating to transform the sound of streaming, content, and culture. Come join us, and let the world feel your work. As a Senior Agentic NetSuite Developer, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Systems team that owns the systems running Epidemic Sound's financial backbone. Your role will be to set the technical direction for our NetSuite platform, lead the architecture that connects it to the rest of our business, and shape how AI and agentic tooling change the way ERP work gets done here. This focus on AI and agentic tools is central to our broader strategy of accelerating the company’s transformation toward smarter, more scalable ways-of-working by embedding agentic AI at the core of business operations and system development. You'll work at the intersection of Tech and Finance, where the systems you build directly affect how reliably we close the books, run controls, and scale operations as the company grows. Specifically: * This role drives the modernisation of our ERP platform and integration landscape, ensuring Finance, Tech, and operational teams can move quickly on a foundation that's accurate, compliant, and built for scale. * Your work will reduce manual effort across financial processes, raise the bar on data integrity and audit-readiness, and define how we adopt AI capabilities inside NetSuite and beyond. * You'll join a small, senior team of ERP, CRM and Data engineers focused on internal business systems. It's a team that values craft, ownership, and clear technical judgement over process for its own sake, and which uses modern data tooling to optimise performance and scalability. * You'll collaborate closely with engineers across the Tech organisation, the Finance team (Accounting, FP&A, Controlling), Procurement, and external implementation partners — communicating directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders without translation layers in between. * In collaboration with the team you will assess the technical problems, design best-practice solutions, and determine the appropriate implementation approach—whether through NetSuite development, configuration, or external systems (e.g., the pre-system data platform). YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE * Owning and evolving our NetSuite platform and AI strategy — directing AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and reduce manual configuration, while maintaining a clear point of view on which of NetSuite's emerging AI capabilities and third-party agentic tools we should adopt and when. * Designing agentic workflows where AI handles repetitive financial processes — reconciliations, approvals, data routing — end-to-end, with appropriate human oversight built in. * Leading integration architecture across NetSuite and adjacent systems, acting as technical lead and quality reviewer for AI-generated scripts, integrations, and automations. * Driving compliance and continuous improvement, using AI-assisted analysis to proactively surface data integrity issues, audit risks, and optimisation opportunities. * Providing technical mentorship, supporting training materials to broaden ERP know-how across the organisation, and helping grow the Tech team through interviewing, onboarding, and contributing to best practices. REQUIREMENTS * At least 6 years of hands-on ERP experience with strong NetSuite expertise across configuration, SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations — ideally in a publicly listed or compliance-heavy environment. * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field. * An agentic development mindset. A genuine understanding of how AI coding assistants and agentic tools change the ERP specialist's role, with real experience reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs. You understand where agents add leverage and where human judgment is non-negotiable. * Deep knowledge of financial processes and ERP architecture, with the analytical ability to design solutions that hold up at scale and across complex, multi-variable scenarios. * Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication — a track record of driving initiatives from discovery to measurable business impact, and translating between business intent and technical execution without intermediaries. IT WOULD ALSO BE MUSIC TO OUR EARS IF YOU HAVE * NetSuite/ERP systems and their integration with Salesforce * Invoice to pay software (e.g Medius), Spend management software (e.g Expensify), Consolidation software (e.g Aaro), Planning and Budgeting software (e.g NSPB) * Experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced or NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module. * NetSuite MCP Standard Tools SuiteApp * Familiarity with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD) for NetSuite development. * Agile methodology and how to work in agile teams. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION Money as a Service (MaaS) oversees a diverse portfolio of Stripe's core products and platforms. These offerings facilitate the global movement and management of funds for users. The teams that fall under the MaaS umbrella include: Accounts and Connect, Money Movement and Storage (MMS), Crypto and Banking as a Service (BaaS). Together, these teams work to ensure Stripe users have the robust financial infrastructure and tools they need to power their businesses on a global scale. Team Matching: exact team matching for one of the sub-teams will begin during final stages. Please note we may also consider you for different orgs based on your experience, location, etc. More information on our team matching process can be found here. WHAT YOU’LL DO We’re looking for Full Stack engineers who are interested in building software services and platforms that impact thousands of employees and millions of Stripe users, regardless of whether they’re an end user, developer, or partner. RESPONSIBILITIES * Build end-to-end experiences for Connect that make it as easy as possible to participate in the Internet economy and receive money online. Some of Stripe’s largest users are platforms that connect senders of payments with receivers of payments. Lyft connects riders to drivers, Kickstarter connects backers to projects, and Squarespace connects shoppers to online stores. All of them participate in doing business online, and all of them use Connect. * Make it easy for Connect platforms to scale their business through leveraging the full power of Stripe’s products via the dashboard, adding to their business models and product functionality while reducing integration lift and complexity. * Build great product experiences (integrate with Instant Payouts, Issuing, Capital, Terminal, etc) into all of Connect’s dashboard surfaces. WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 2-12+ years of industry software engineering experience (does not include internships or co-ops). * You enjoy data modeling challenges and have a high bar for keeping your solutions expressive yet simple to use. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Enjoy being a generalist working on both the frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally. * Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts. * Take pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems. * Can stitch together many different services and processes together even if you have not worked with them before. * Can put yourself in the shoes of your users and be a steward of crafting great experiences. * Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise. * Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience working in high-growth teams similar to Stripe. * Experience building financial systems or tools for financial experts.
Anyfin is building the next generation of consumer finance. We’re profitable, scaling quickly, and now operating with a banking license which opens up a lot of technical complexity. We’re looking for a senior backend engineer with cloud experience who enjoys moving fast, taking real ownership, and building things that actually have an impact. If that sounds like your kind of environment, keep reading. Because honestly, it’s not a role for everyone. SMALL TEAM, HIGH RESPONSIBILITY We hire carefully. We’re not a company that grows by adding headcount everywhere, we grow by keeping the bar high and building a team where every person matters. This isn’t a place where you disappear into a big org. If you join, you’ll have real influence on what we build and how we build it. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Building, optimizing and scaling robust financial backend systems using Node.js and SQL (Postgres) * Working primarily in the backend while contributing to our cloud infrastructure, helping design and operate systems across networking, servers and database architectures to support scalable and reliable services. * Contributing to system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability of financial systems. * Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape both product direction and business strategy. * Sharing backend expertise with the team while promoting best practices, along with strong cloud and infrastructure competence. Our main stack is TypeScript, Node.js, React, React Native running on Google Cloud Platform. HOW WE THINK ABOUT BUILDING We’re pragmatic. We like speed, but we also care about building things that last. AI isn’t a side tool here. It’s embedded in how we work helping engineers move faster, reduce friction and focus on solving meaningful problems. We’re looking for engineers who are curious about that shift and want to be part of it, rather than people who feel like good engineering means doing everything the hard way. No ego. Just good judgment and high output. YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU… * Have solid experience building backend systems with Node.js and working with cloud platforms such as GCP. * Care about craftsmanship, performance, and reliability in the systems you build. * Take responsibility naturally and don’t wait to be told what to do. * Enjoy messy problems and figuring things out as you go. * Like being in an ambitious and collaborative team. * Want to build and improve products, not just maintain. You’re comfortable with things like: * Strong background in backend development with Node.js and SQL databases (preferably Postgres). * Experience in designing, deploying and monitoring solutions on major cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure. * At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in high-stakes environments like finance. * Passionate about solving complex backend problems with clean, pragmatic solutions. * Solid understanding of system design and architecture. * Bonus if you’ve worked with React, Python, Go, GraphQL, Kubernetes or DevOps with Github Actions. A FEW PRACTICAL NOTES * Stockholm based. * EU work authorization required. WHY ANYFIN? Because this is one of those moments where a company is about to level up: Banking license secured, expansion ahead and a lot to build. If you want to be part of a small, high-trust team doing meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you. Apply only if you want the responsibility that comes with real impact.

We consider ourselves a modern organization driven by strong values to create the best, most fulfilling and nurturing culture. We very much look forward to finding the next great person to join our cause!
