What you will do: Work with a talented team of IT professionals dedicated to delivering a high level of service and support. Identify, assess and prioritize security risks within OT systems and networks. Troubleshoot OT network/security issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Collaborate in cross-functional projects and take a key role in identifying improvement areas and implementing enhancements. Stay up to date with relevant security trends, threats and best practice and keep documentation current. Develop and implement risk-based security strategies, standards and protocols. Conduct or coordinate security audits/assessments and participate in a security task force/incident response when needed. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure compliance with our security standards and secure integrations. We believe you have: Relevant education in OT/IT security or related field or equivalent practical experience. Experience working with IT related security solutions, tools and frameworks. Broad experience in security patch management and vulnerability remediation. Hands-on experience with network security, encryption technologies, and firewalls. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Experience with agile working methods and project participation. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details. A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices. Communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders. Proficiency in English written and spoken, Swedish is an advantage. B-Driving license.
