Forward Deployed Operator Terranova is hiring a Forward Deployed Operator to help deploy, operate, and improve our robotic land elevation systems in the field. This is a hands-on, field-heavy role for someone who can run machines, fix equipment, work outside, and solve weird, difficult problems in real time. You will work either a Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday schedule. Weekend work is part of the job. A sixth day will be required in rare weeks where you were not deployed to the field for most of the week. Most days, you will be on site preparing for injections, operating robots, running support equipment, troubleshooting failures, and helping the team execute field work safely and quickly. The role will include moving heavy materials and equipment, some manual labor, and operating or supporting traditional field machinery such as loaders, forklifts, skid steers, trailers, pumps, generators, and other site equipment. You will work closely with mechanical engineers, embedded systems engineers, and senior forward deployed engineers to test new hardware, improve field procedures, suggest changes to robots, and make the system more reliable every week. You will also help improve our autopilot system by giving strong field feedback on robot behavior, sensors, controls, operator workflows, failure modes, and what needs to change for real deployments. A lot of the job involves tricky physical and mechanical work where the right answer is not obvious, the equipment is heavy, the environment is imperfect, and mistakes can damage equipment or create safety risks. We need someone who can think clearly, communicate well, and do hard things safely while still moving fast. Experience with robotics, controls, mechanical systems, electrical systems, pumps, hydraulics, engines, construction equipment, vehicles, heavy machinery, field operations, or industrial equipment is valuable. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed The production process involves several highly automated stages, combining material processing, dosing, mixing, packaging, and palletizing technologies. Raw materials are processed through a range of milling equipment with installed motor capacities from 10 kW up to 150 kW. The milled materials are then screened into different fractions using various types of star screens to achieve the required particle size distribution. An automated mixing line uses laser volume control sensors and weighing systems for the precise dosing of fertilizers, lime, and other additives. The mixing system has a capacity of up to 240 m³/h and is fully controlled by PC-based automation. All drives throughout the process are equipped with frequency inverters, allowing precise control and optimization of production parameters. The finished product is packaged on four packaging lines. 2 FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines produce bags ranging from 5 to 70 litres, with capacities of up to 28 bags per minute per line. In addition, two small bale presses produce 200-litre bales. Finished products are handled by two automated palletizers for bagged products and one robotic palletizing system for small bales. The palletized products are then secured using a Lachenmeier stretch hood system, ensuring stable and reliable transport packaging. We work on behalf of insurance companies, businesses and individuals. Today we have around 55 employees. The business is housed in ultra-modern facilities and is a full service center including body repair and painting. Moses Bil & Lack Tollarp AB is authorized by Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat and Tesla, but we also handle all other makes. We are particularly proud to have been commissioned to prepare and paint the amazing cars from Koenigsegg, our national pride. All jobs must be done to perfection. Duties: The work involves all injuries, repairs, sheet metalwork and bodywork. As a auto body mechanic at Moses bil o Lack, you will have a varied work with different types of sheet metal work. You work independently with personal responsibility. At work you will be given the opportunity to work with all injuries and repair of bodywork, sheet metalwork, benchmarking and various repair work. You will work with sheet metal, change spare parts and prepare for painting. Your duties depend on your skills and experience. Competence: We are now looking for auto body mechanics to meet our customers' needs and strengthen our team. We are looking for you who have experience in auto body work, preferably with training in the profession or someone who is interested in the profession and has some experience within the field. You are careful and responsible with great patience. You enjoy working in an independent role, but at the same time you are also an obvious team player. We would rather see results and experience than formal education. English on a basic level is desirable.
