Om verksamheten Infektionskliniken på Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset är en spännande och dynamisk arbetsplats där vi kombinerar infektionssjukvård, forskning, undervisning och utveckling. Hos oss får du fördjupad kunskap om infektionssjukdomar, vårdhygien och smittskydd samt vara med och forma framtidens infektionssjukvård i en globaliserad värld. Om avdelning 302 Enheten har 14 vårdplatser varav fyra är avsedda för intermediärvård och tio för allmän infektionssjukvård. Här vårdas vuxna patienter med ett brett spektrum av infektionstillstånd, ofta med snabbt föränderliga vårdbehov. Vi samarbetar med akutmottagningen avseende ett speciellt sepsisspår, vilket innebär snabb och effektivt omhändertagande av patienter med allvarliga infektioner. Våra patienter kommer också via infektionsmottagningen, andra vårdavdelningar eller efter intensivvård. Vad erbjuder vi dig? Det Kliniska basåret är obligatoriskt och varar under det första året av din anställning hos oss. I det kliniska basåret ingår föreläsningar, omvårdnadshandledning och praktisk träning av ditt yrke på Simulatorcentrum. Utöver detta ingår det också tjänstgöring på minst två olika avdelningar för att bredda din kompetens. Utländsk sjuksköterska/läkare Vid eventuell rekrytering av sjuksköterskor/läkare med utländsk legitimation/specialistbevis föregås den aktuella tjänsten av process för att uppfylla kraven för svensk legitimation/specialistbevis. Your New Role  We are now looking for a Global Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our client’s global Fleet Operations team in Gothenburg. This is a role for you who enjoy working in an international environment, creating structure and supporting processes across markets, systems, sales flows and internal teams. In this role, you will support the Global Fleet team as well as colleagues in different markets in their daily operations. The focus will be on optimizing and supporting established sales processes, advising on system usage and helping markets manage order- and system-related questions in an efficient way. You will become part of a small, collaborative team working with fleet sales on a global level. The team supports markets across several countries and ensures that orders from leasing companies and corporate customers are handled smoothly, correctly and consistently.
