Kultur- och fritidsförvaltningen tar nu nästa steg för att utveckla och optimera driften av kommunens mest publika och tekniskt komplexa idrotts- och simanläggningar. Vi startar en helt ny enhet – Teknisk fastighetsdrift och förvaltning – som ska ansvara för Tinnerbäcksbadet, Saab Arena och övriga anläggningar på Stångebro. Nu söker vi dig som vill axla rollen som vår första enhetschef. Hos oss får du en unik möjlighet att sätta din prägel på organisationen, leda ett högkompetent team och säkerställa att Linköpingsborna möts av säkra, fungerande och välskötta anläggningar sju dagar i veckan. Som enhetschef leder och utvecklar du den dagliga och strategiska verksamheten för den nya enheten. Du har fullt personal-, budget- och verksamhetsansvar för ett team av specialisttekniker. Ansvara för underhållsplanering och löpande teknisk förvaltning av tekniskt tunga fastigheter. Upphandla och samordna externa stödresurser och serviceavtal vid behov. Samarbeta tätt med övriga enhetschefer inom avdelningen samt externa parter och driftoperatörer. Driva energi- och effektiviseringsprojekt för att säkerställa en kostnadseffektiv fastighetsdrift. Relevant utbildning som fastighetstekniker, fastighetsförvaltare, fastighetsingenjör eller annan erfarenhet/utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig. Goda kunskaper i svenska språket i tal och skrift Meriterande: Erfarenhet av förändringsarbete eller uppbyggnad av nya organisationer. Kunskap om badvattenrening, kylteknik eller komplex styr- och reglerteknik. Erfarenhet från tidigare chefs- eller ledaruppdrag God ekonomisk förståelse och erfarenhet av budgetansvar.
