In addition, the profile should provide frontend and Angular guidance for upcoming UI development, including best practices, frontend setup, maintainable component design, and knowledge transfer. The role is expected to strengthen the team's frontend capability through hands-on collaboration, mentoring, and practical support rather than being limited to isolated UI delivery. Skills: Required competencies: Strong fullstack development experience, with solid frontend capability and the ability to contribute across both existing applications and new development initiatives. Experience working with lifecycle management, maintenance, modernization, technical debt reduction, and long-term maintainability of business-critical applications. AI-Assisted Development Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, software quality, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge discovery. Able to combine AI support with engineering expertise, critical thinking, security awareness, and high quality standards. Curious and proactive in exploring AI-enabled ways of working and emerging technologies. Engineering Excellence: Passion for delivering high-quality solutions with focus on maintainability, performance, security, and user experience. Experience working with both new development initiatives and long-term maintenance of business-critical applications. Takes ownership from idea to production and actively contributes to improving development processes and ways of working. Balances delivery speed with quality, security, and operational stability. Collaboration and Personal Qualities: Fast learner who quickly adapts to new technologies, business domains, and ways of working. Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Positive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team-player attitude. Enjoys collaboration, knowledge sharing, and building positive professional relationships.
