We're proud to be the people partner for a leading global direct-to-consumer wine brand, trusted by customers worldwide and known for pairing creativity with data-led growth. We're looking for a Campaign Manager to own partnership activity across two distinct areas: building out the campaign programme for a developing market, and managing day-to-day activity for one of the business's most significant acquisition partners. This is a hands-on role with genuine scope. The new market is early-stage, which means there's real opportunity to shape what the partnership programme looks like - identifying new partners, researching what's already in the market, and bringing ideas to a team that's ready to act. The acquisition partner side is established and multi-channel, and the business wants someone who thinks about how to grow it year on year, not simply maintain it. What you'll do: * Manage end-to-end campaign activity across email, digital, and print for your assigned markets - from brief through to execution and results * Take ownership of the relationship and campaigns for a major acquisition partner across multiple platforms and channels * Research the market, identify new partnership opportunities, and bring competitor analysis and recommendations to the team * Develop strategic input on how to grow the acquisition programme over time, not just execute to brief * Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop assets, manage the briefing process, and build campaign budgets and forecasts * Run A/B testing and use campaign data to improve performance, sharing learnings with the wider team What you'll bring: * Around 5 years' experience in marketing (brand, social, digital, or email) with a track record delivering end-to-end campaigns * A strategic instinct alongside strong execution skills: you can see where a partnership should go and help shape that direction * Comfortable with numbers - forecasting, budgeting, and using data to make decisions * Strong written communication and the confidence to manage external relationships professionally and clearly * Experience collaborating with creative teams and an active curiosity about where marketing is heading The person: You're structured but creative. Comfortable working at pace. You take ownership - when a brief lands, you think about what more could be done with it, not just how to execute it. You plan well in advance, document clearly, and follow through. You're equally comfortable holding complexity across multiple campaigns, markets, and a significant external partner - and you stay across all of it. You enjoy connecting with people and finding opportunities others might miss. You're energised by a remit that's still being shaped, not fully defined. You care about results and always look for smarter ways to grow. This role is for you if: * You think strategically but are equally comfortable doing the work yourself * You're energised by a remit that's still being shaped, not fully defined * You plan well in advance and take documentation and process seriously * You love partnerships that deliver measurable results. * You enjoy testing new ideas and learning fast This role is not for you if: * You're most comfortable in a pure execution role, waiting for strategy to be handed down * You prefer to work reactively rather than plan in advance * You see partnerships as purely brand or PR activity Why you’ll love working here * Certified Great Place to Work with an amazing team culture. * Hybrid work model – three days in the office, two from home. * Highly collaborative environment where ideas are shared and valued. * Generous staff discounts on wine and exclusive offers through global partners. * A business that invests in learning, development, and career progression. Ready to apply? Send us your CV and a brief note on what draws you to this kind of role. We'll be in touch promptly to walk you through the detail.
