Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science Department of Clinical Sciences  The Department of Clinical Sciences conducts undergraduate education, research and postgraduate education in the scientific areas of veterinary medicine and veterinary nursing. Vårdavdelning 16/AVA är en internmedicinsk akutvårdsavdelning där vi vårdar patienter med ett brett spektrum av akuta sjukdomstillstånd. Hos oss kombineras högt patientflöde med avancerad omvårdnad, vilket ställer krav på flexibilitet, klinisk skicklighet och ett nära samarbete mellan professionerna. Förutom våra akutvårdsplatser har vi en observationsenhet och en övervakningsenhet där vi bland annat vårdar patienter med intoxikationer, kramper, anafylaxi, ketoacidos, behov av NIV och andra tillstånd som kräver tät övervakning. Våra patienter har ofta korta vårdtider, vilket innebär att ett personcentrerat arbetssätt, god samverkan och säkra vårdövergångar är avgörande för en god och trygg vård. Arbetsbeskrivning Som omvårdnadsledare har du ett delegerat ansvar för utvecklingen av det kliniska omvårdnadsområdet i nära samverkan med vårdenhetschef, den andra omvårdnadsledaren och det interprofessionella teamet, både inom och utanför verksamhetsområdet. As we explore opportunities beyond our traditional radiation oncology business, you will play a key role in helping shape our strategy, evaluate market opportunities, define commercialization approaches, and support the successful introduction of future solutions into the Medical Oncology landscape.  About the job  You will translate strategic direction into concrete market activities, ensuring strong alignment between product positioning, customer needs, and commercial execution.  Your main tasks  Lead market intelligence activities to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Medical Oncology landscape, including market dynamics, customer needs, competitive positioning, treatment pathways, reimbursement models, and emerging trends  Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, unmet needs, and strategic market segments within Medical Oncology  Develop and execute market development and commercialization strategies for future Medical Oncology solutions  Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Medical Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, Hospital Administrators, Cancer Centers, Professional Societies, and Industry Partners  Assess emerging clinical evidence, technology trends, and evolving standards of care to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in alignment with the overall RaySearch ecosystem.   Support customer discovery activities to ensure future solutions address meaningful clinical and operational challenges  Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and business case development to support strategic decision-making  Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for future product launches  Identify and assess strategic partnership opportunities that support growth objectives  Monitor competitive developments, market access considerations, and industry trends relevant to Medical Oncology  Your Profile  You are commercially minded, strategically driven, and passionate about improving cancer care.  You bring a strong understanding of the Medical Oncology environment and are motivated by the opportunity to help shape a completely new business area for RaySearch. You will be involved in pre-sale demonstrations, post-sale Installation and training, and ongoing customer education. The position is customer-facing, requires frequent travel, and involves close collaboration with internal teams and regional partners.   This position will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden, but we may also consider candidates based in Stockholm.   Responsibilities Deliver pre-sale product demonstrations to customers, partners, and distributors, often with doctors, clinicians and medical industry professionals. Conduct post-sale training sessions, including on-site and online trainings Support simulator installations, workshops, and customer onboarding activities Serve as a product and application expert, providing guidance on system usage and best practices Participate in regional and international conferences, exhibitions, and customer events Share customer feedback and field insights with Sales, Product, and R&D teams   Your profile We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable professional with experience in clinical or field-based training. Prior clinical experience is highly valued, enabling effective collaboration with healthcare and industry professionals.
