Placement: Boden What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for a Planning & Scheduling Lead for our Central Planning team. A lead to us is an experienced person similar to a senior role. In this role you will report to our Planning leadership and sit within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for driving planning excellence, schedule assurance, and project-wide coordination across one of the largest industrial projects in Europe. As Planning & Scheduling Lead, you will act as the Owner's representative for planning and scheduling within your assigned project area. You will work closely with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, EPCM partners, and contractors to ensure schedules are realistic, integrated, and aligned with project objectives. This is a site-based role with a strong focus on schedule assurance, progress validation, forecasting, and delivery performance. General Job Description / Key responsibilities: As the Project Implementation Manager - Sage People, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of the global Sage People implementation programme across the organisation.
