We are looking for experienced Electrical Design Engineers to join Koenigsegg - people who share our passion for engineering excellence, innovation, and building the world’s most exceptional hypercars. In this role, you will work with electronics for softstarters and contactors, taking designs from early concept work through verification and into serial production. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, product management, and factory teams, which gives you a broad view of both the technical solution and how it is implemented in practice. Job DescriptionYou will design, develop, and implement analog and digital circuits from concept phase to serial production. You will create schematics and define constraints for PCB layout. You will define verification specifications and drive verification activities for your designs. You will validate hardware through simulation and prototype testing in a laboratory environment. You will take ownership of hardware development activities and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders. You will document developed solutions and support the handover and implementation in factory operations. RequirementsM.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a comparable field. At least 2 years of experience in development of industrial electronics within embedded systems as a hardware design engineer. Sound knowledge in designing electronic circuits, circuit diagrams, and working with simulation tools. Experience in testing and validation of prototypes in a laboratory. Willingness to travel internationally to a limited extent. Fluency in English, written and spoken. Nice to haveKnowledge in EMC compatible design. Experience in working with voltage levels up to ~1kV. Swedish language skills.
