ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker en medarbetare till Industrigatans gruppbostad. Boendet består av fem lägenheter för brukare och personalstyrkan består av sex medarbetare. Som anställd på en gruppbostad har du oregelbundna arbetstider, det innebär att du arbetar såväl dagtid som dygn, kvällar och varannan helg. Detförekommer ensamarbete. Som personal på gruppbostaden kommer du att ha en viktig roll i brukarnas liv. Inom verksamheten arbetar du med att ge omvårdnad och stöd i den dagliga livsföringen, för att brukarna ska ha det så bra som möjligt utifrån de individuella förutsättningarna. Du ansvarar för att brukarna känner sig trygga och att brukarnas sociala-, psykiska- och fysiska behov tillgodoses. Du ska arbeta för att brukarna ska vara delaktig i vardagliga göromål och vara med i sociala sammanhang. Du kommer att samarbeta med brukarnas anhöriga, god man, hälso- och sjukvårdsteamet med flera. Inom gruppbostaden arbetar du med lågaffektivt bemötande och tydliggörande pedagogik, såsom bilder, tecken som stöd, scheman m.m. Ditt uppdrag Som ungdomsbehandlare inom Nytida har du ett nära samarbete med alla intressenter runt ungdomen; socialtjänst, sjukvård, vårdnadshavare/anhöriga, skolpersonal och eventuellt andra viktiga personer runt ungdomen. Dina arbetsuppgifter kan variera men de utgår från uppdragsgivarens och ungdomens behov. Dina kvalifikationer Vi söker dig med minst 2 års eftergymnasiala studier kopplat till socialt arbete. Högt meriterande är en akademisk examen inom det beteendevetenskapligt område som socionom eller beteendevetare. Alla klienter ska ha en genomförandeplan med mål och rimliga delmål som utarbetas tillsammans med klient utifrån den enskildes egna förutsättningar samt utifrån det uppdrag som socialsekreterare formulerat. Vi har olika typer av stödboende,Bostad först, Stöd och boendeteamet, Stödboende familj, Sköldenborg, Malmögatan, Plutogatan 11, Carnot, Elineberg och Fenix. Bostad med särskild service Arbetsuppgifterna som utförs innefattar dels socialt stöd, aktivering och motivationsarbete, dels basala insatser, som stöd vid städ, tvätt, personlig hygien, kost och måltidsplanering. HSL-insatser i samverkan med och på delegering av sjuksköterska förekommer.
