About Us Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. About the Role The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We're looking for an experienced, strategic Senior Engagement Team Lead to build and lead a team within our growing Engagement org that helps the world's top law firms and corporations fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organizations and built the teams that deliver it, and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of an Enterprise vertical — leading a team of Engagement Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers who build the relationships and define the outcomes, while you step in on the highest-stakes accounts as the senior strategic advisor who ensures Legora becomes an embedded part of how legal teams operate. At the heart of the role is building the frameworks and standards your team uses to design each client's adoption playbook and deliver multi-year change-management programs that transform how they work. Across the portfolios on your team you'll set the bar for how a tailored roadmap is built, how initiatives are sequenced from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, how measurable outcomes and ROI are defined, and how the program evolves as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, scaling the team and the standards that help clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. What You’ll Do You'll lead a team that owns the post-sale customer experience, across onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization across an Enterprise vertical — firm or corporate. Specifically, you will: Set the standard for how your team designs each client's adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that firm adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. Build the operating rhythms — portfolio reviews, health inspection, coaching cadences — that keep the team executing against those playbooks, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as clients' needs and Legora's capabilities evolve. Coach the team to act as strategic advisors who deeply understand client goals and legal workflows, stepping in on the highest-stakes accounts yourself to engage executive sponsors, surface high-impact opportunities, and guide clients toward maximum value from Legora. Set the standard for how the team drives sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews — turning what works across portfolios into repeatable, scalable motions. Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams across your vertical to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end context across your portfolios. Partner with GTM on key commercial moments across the vertical to ensure seamless handoffs, continuity, and a great customer experience, and to identify and realize expansion opportunities — coaching the team to lead these conversations and stepping in on the most complex renewals and expansions. Translate segment-level feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement. What You Bring You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led — and that scaling it takes a high-performing team. You're proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers — and the teams behind them — adopt, grow and succeed. We're looking for: A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations — and leading the teams that deliver them. Experience building the standards and operating rhythms that scale tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans across a team and steering them to measurable outcomes. 8+ years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, with 3+ years managing client-facing teams — including other managers — ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. A track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction across a portfolio of enterprise clients and senior stakeholders — and of developing the people who deliver those outcomes. Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. Strong operational discipline; you build inspection frameworks and run tight rhythms that keep multi-workstream initiatives moving across a team and your clients confident. Excellent communication skills and executive presence — written, verbal, and interpersonal. You can lead boardroom conversations with legal leaders, coach your team through them, and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams. High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise, when to coach and when to act — and when to step in versus let your team lead. A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you build the playbook and the team, not just build for yourself. Deep data fluency; you read portfolio metrics and account health with rigor and use them to drive decisions across the team.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We're looking for a Web Developer / Web Owner to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. You'll own Legora's website end to end: building and shipping landing pages on our CMS (Framer), and keeping the site fast, on-brand, and easy for the rest of marketing to work in without needing a developer for every change. This isn't a typical web developer role. We want someone who treats the website like a product they own, not a ticket queue: proactive about what should change next, comfortable proposing a different tool or approach when it serves us better, and able to move at a weekly cadence. You'll work closely with product marketing on content, and with our AEO Specialist to make sure the site is structured the way modern search and AI answer engines expect, all while protecting design and brand standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and ship landing pages: Design, code, and launch landing pages and site updates on our CMS (Framer), balancing speed with quality and brand consistency. * Own site architecture and CMS strategy: Take ownership of how our CMS is structured and used, and proactively propose changes, tooling, or a different CMS entirely when it better serves the team's needs. * Partner with product marketing: Work with product marketing on content so pages ship on time, read well, and are structured for both humans and search/answer engines. * Partner with our AEO Specialist: Make sure page architecture, schema, and content structure support how AI answer engines and search discover and cite Legora. * Partner with the brand team: Work closely with brand/design to maintain design and UX quality to Legora's brand guidelines across every page and template you or others ship. * Apply AI fluency to web work: Use AI tools to speed up coding, content adaptation, QA, and experimentation, and bring a point of view on how AI is changing how websites are built, discovered, and optimized. * Instrument the site: Own Google Tag Manager, tracking scripts, and form embeds, ensuring accurate data flows into the rest of the marketing stack. * Build for reuse: Create reusable components and templates so the wider marketing team can launch and edit pages independently, without waiting on a developer. * Work at a weekly cadence: Ship, review, and iterate every week, staying proactive and easy to redirect as priorities shift. WHAT YOU BRING * Hands-on coding skills: Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and real comfort working inside a modern CMS/website builder. * Systems and template thinking: You build reusable components and page templates by default, so the marketing team can move fast without you in the loop for every change. * AI fluency: You use AI tools day to day for coding, content, and QA, whatever gets the job done faster, and you have a point of view on how AI is changing the way websites should be built and discovered. * Marketing/GTM tooling: Experience with Google Tag Manager, form tools, and integrating a website with the rest of a marketing/martech stack. * A product mindset: You think about the website as a product you own, not a list of tickets, and you proactively suggest better ways of working, including on tooling and CMS choice. * Agile and proactive: Comfortable with a fast, iterative, weekly cadence, and quick to adapt when priorities or direction change. * Cross-functional collaborator: Experience partnering with content, brand/design, and SEO/growth stakeholders to ship pages that are both on-brand and effective. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your website is often a prospect's first experience of Legora, and you'll own how that experience looks, feels, and performs. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. This is the most senior seat on the advisory ladder and the person our largest clients trust when it matters most. In legal AI, that trust is hard-won: matters run to fixed dates, data is privileged, and clients hold Legora to the same standard of care they apply to their own work. Part technical advisor, part incident lead, part operating model owner, you hold the technical health of Legora's most complex client relationships and define the playbook the whole function runs on. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the relationship: Hold the technical health and escalation outcomes for our Strategic Accounts, serving as their primary point of escalation and continuity, and read usage and adoption signals to get ahead of risk. * Lead in a crisis: Act as incident lead on Sev1 and Sev2 events, owning coordination, customer communication, and the path to resolution. Drive post-incident reviews as trust-building artifacts and product feedback loops, not just process checkboxes. * Set the standard: Define and own the escalation criteria, account-health model, and cross-team interfaces the function runs on. Build mechanisms that make the team consistent and not dependent on individual heroics. * Own the Technical Blueprint: Maintain the single source of truth for each account, including data setup, integrations, security and legal considerations, and workflow context. Carry technical context from implementation into the live relationship so nothing is lost in the handoff and the whole account team can rely on it. * Drive adoption and enablement: Run technical reviews and enablement sessions that deepen product usage, unlock new value, and keep customers current on the platform. * Partner proactively: Work with Engagement Managers (CSM function) on Quarterly Business Reviews that tie technical health to business outcomes. * Coordinate escalations: Align the Platform Consultants and the Technical Platform Expert around a single resolution path, holding customer-facing ownership while technical root cause is driven in parallel. * Stay close to the signal: Own the highest-stakes cases in the L2 queue for your assigned Strategic Accounts, and serve as the escalation point for Platform Consultants before an issue reaches the Technical Platform Expert, so you stay close to the ground truth of each account's technical health. WHAT YOU BRING * You have owned strategic, high-value B2B accounts and kept clients confident when things went wrong. * You have led incident response or major escalations under pressure, start to finish. * You communicate with executives as clearly as with engineers: confirmed facts, explicit trade-offs, named owners, and no speculation presented as certainty. * You build frameworks, not workarounds, and you raise the bar for everyone around you. * A background in legal AI, legal tech, or a regulated professional-services domain is a strong plus. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across regions, on work that crosses every major legal market. * Meaningful work: Your work shapes how the world’s leading legal teams adopt AI day to day. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and the tools to do your best work. * In-person environment: A workspace built for ambitious builders.
