In this exciting consulting assignment, you will play a key role in ensuring that vehicles reach customers worldwide safely, efficiently, and on time. You will work closely with carriers, production sites, and internal stakeholders while managing road and sea transport operations, urgent bookings, customs documentation, and deviation handling. Your Responsibilities • Monitor and follow up daily transport flows to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. • Handle deviation management and coordinate corrective actions when disruptions occur. • Plan and execute urgent bookings and rush transports. • Coordinate outbound deliveries and transport bookings. • Maintain close communication with carriers, production sites, and internal stakeholders. • Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation. • Develop emergency plans and support operational continuity. • Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulations, and customer requirements. Requirements • 2–5 years of experience within transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain. • Experience working independently with general supervision. • Ability to solve operational problems using practical knowledge and structured decision-making. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • High sense of urgency and flexibility. • Experience with road transport. • Experience with sea transport. • Experience handling transport documentation. • Knowledge of customs procedures and customs compliance. • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. • Swedish is considered an advantage. This role is 100% onsite in Eskilstuna. Responsibilities The role involves daily follow-up and deviation handling within the transport flow, as well as receiving and executing rush transports and bookings. You will book transports for deliveries, follow up with carriers, and establish emergency plans. The assignment involves managing all transports for the client in Eskilstuna, both by road and sea. The responsibility is to ensure that shipments from production sites across Europe reach customers on time, including handling documentation and customs processes. Experience & level This role applies practical knowledge typically gained through education and work experience (2 to 5 years). It requires the ability to work independently with general supervision. The problems encountered are difficult but not overly complex. The role may involve influencing others within the job area through clear explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
