Following a recent team restructure, our L&D approach has shifted from a portfolio-based model towards two competency-driven streams: behavioural competencies and technical competencies. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and driving our technical learning strategy, working closely with stakeholders to identify needs, unlock expertise, and deliver impactful learning solutions. We are looking for someone with a true L&D mindset: someone who is curious about how people learn, creative in designing solutions, and motivated by building connections across the organisation. För kunds räkning söker vi en erfaren HR-konsult till ett uppdrag hos en statlig myndighet i Stockholm. Du får en central roll i att stötta chefer inom arbetsrätt, rekrytering, arbetsmiljö och rehabilitering samtidigt som du bidrar till utveckling av HR-processer och administrativa arbetssätt. Start: 2026-09-01 Slut: 2027-02-28 Omfattning: Heltid Plats: Kungsholmen Uppdragsbeskrivning I rollen som HR-konsult stödjer och vägleder du chefer i frågor som rör arbetsrätt, rekrytering, systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete och rehabilitering. Du arbetar nära HR-enheten som består av fem medarbetare och bidrar till både det operativa HR-arbetet och utvecklingen av myndighetens processer. Uppdraget omfattar även administrativa HR-processer och arbete i relevanta HR-system. Vem passar för uppdraget? Du har akademisk examen inom personalvetenskap eller motsvarande. Minst tre års operativ erfarenhet av HR-arbete krävs, liksom dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbetsrätt, rekrytering och systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete. Du uttrycker dig obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift. Som person är du strukturerad, samarbetsinriktad och trygg i en rådgivande roll mot chefer. Job Title: HR Officer/ HR Site Administrator Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (12 months) Location: Gävle, Sweden Job Summary The HR Officer/ HR Site Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR functions, ensuring smooth site operations, compliance with company policies, and the delivery of positive employee experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries at the site and works closely with the central HR team to support and implement HR initiatives and practices. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for employees and site management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Manage absence records in Softworks Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as required Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in HR administration, ideally in a multicultural environment. Experience with time and attendance systems and accurate timesheet processing. Good understanding of payroll processes and related administrative tasks. Familiarity with Swedish employment laws and regulations is an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
