Arbetsbeskrivning Rollbeskrivning: • Skapa och hantera reklamationer på inköpt material mot våra leverantörer genom bl.a.; o Ta emot ärenden från produktion och dokumentera dom i reklamationshanteringssystemet (SAP). o Begär åtgärdsrapport (8D) från orsakande leverantör och följer upp att den svaras på i tid och är korrekt. o Initierar kontroll av material i förråd som kan vara berört. o Tar ägandeskap och kommunicerar alla berörda parter vid uppdateringar i ärendet osv. o Beslutar om ankomstkontroll av kommande materialköp. • Driver förbättringsaktiviteter kopplat till inköpt material samt interna processer. • Har viss koll på leverantörers prestanda och eskalerar till strategisk SQE vid behov. • Koordinerar och dokumenterar avvikelsegodkännanden från leverantörer. • Koordinerar och dokumenterar utfallsprov av nya artiklar eller vid leverantörsbyten. Kravspec: • Hög tekniskt kunnande och förståelse. • Minst ett par års erfarenhet av liknande roll och/eller en högskoleutbildning inom relevant område (ex. maskinteknik). • Erfarenhet av producerande tillverkning och processer. • God analytisk förmåga med en ifrågasättande attityd där man ser brister eller oklarheter. • God kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga för att kunna samarbeta med alla nivåer i organisationen, samt leverantörer och kunder. • Erfarenhet av metoder för rotorsaksanalyser, så som 8D och DMAIC eller liknande. • Är en lagspelare som är driven, strukturerad och resultatinriktad. • Kan kommunicera i tal och skrift på svenska flytande samt på engelska utan problem. • Rollen är placerad 100% på arbetsplatsen med viss flexibilitet i samråd med chef. The opportunity We are seeking a Global Product Specialist – Power Electronics Platform for Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS) to join our GPQSS Product Management team, with a dedicated focus on product management of the power electronics Operational Technology (OT) stack of GPQSS solutions. The OT consists of control hardware, control firmware, HMI, application software, design tools, and simulation models, among others. As part of a Global Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the OT layers to ensure the proper functioning of the power electronics OT stack, driving secure integration of modules, tools, applications and models, as well as the interoperability of all the components. Key Responsibilities Coordinate strategic product decisions related to the Power Electronics OT Stack. Manage the Power Electronics OT Stack and provide guidance to mitigate the impact of components modifications, define interfaces and identify service needs, avoiding lifecycle management disruptions. Oversee lifecycle management topics, product introductions, phase-outs and portfolio optimization, and their impact on the Power Electronics OT Stack. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the technologies’ roadmaps, product plans and service requirements, and how they affect the Power Electronics OT Stack. Support the Global Product Manager in creating business cases for solutions and services development projects as related to the Power Electronics OT Stack. Drive cross functional collaboration between the broader stakeholders such as discipline product engineers, global product specialists, system architects, product owners and product managers towards a one team spirit.
