Als Operations Lead speel je een sleutelrol in het draaiende houden en continu verbeteren van onze Core Operations. In deze rol
ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse operationele prestaties en zorg je ervoor dat onze belangrijkste customer
journeys en operationele processen stabiel, efficiënt en voorspelbaar verlopen.
Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne teams en externe partners en zorgt voor een sterke operationele structuur rond onder
andere payments, onboarding & access, KYC-processen, incident management, vendor governance en operationele projecten.
Met jouw gestructureerde aanpak en sterke ownership zorg je ervoor dat processen niet afhankelijk zijn van individuele personen,

Operations Lead 🎾Hawk-Eye Tennis 📍Location: UK Based - Approximately 90% Office/Remote, 10% on-site 📝Contract: Permanent, Full Time 💰Salary: £32,070 - £36,620 depending on experience WHY HAWK-EYE & WHY TENNIS? Our operations teams play a crucial role in delivering high-quality experiences at major sporting events worldwide. These are the different areas that you can explore: * Technical: Testing, improving and stress testing our systems to enhance the performance of our delivery across the tours. * Creative: Working closely with TV directors and external broadcasters to provide statistics and storytelling of insights across tennis matches during live broadcasts. * Operations: Reviewing, improving and strategising how we improve the efficiency of delivery across the globe. * Projects: On-site management of our service delivery across the globe. Liaising with external stakeholders to organise our technical requirements to be ready and sites to be prepared for our arrival, and to deliver our services to the deadline of the events. * Broadcast Production: Rigging and directing live TV broadcasts across the Masters 1000s ATP tour. 📋Responsibilities * Owner of our staffing process and communication, both internally and externally. * Maintain operational scheduling commitments and own the scheduling framework for tennis. * Lead planning and resourcing staff for Tennis events , establish strong operational teams based on service delivery requirements, to hand over to Project Managers for each event. * This includes coordinating with the SP Operations and Production Manager to ensure effective cross-utilisation of staff across both functions. * Own and improve processes for annual leave, work from home, T&D days & kit maintenance. Identify opportunities for process improvement. * Coordinate casual staff and work with HR to raise contracts & approve expenses. Alongside Operations team and tennis management team define strategies, delivery models and processes to drive consistent, high quality service delivery. * Work with Training and Development Manager / Lead, drive progression and development of new and existing staff through development pathways. * Regular coordination with Operations Managers across Tour Sports/regions to resource “external” staff creatively and efficiently. * Contribute to a sustainable working model to ensure that working commitments are balanced and practical, leading to increased operator experience and staff retention. * Active role in Operations team, supporting the Operations Manager in day to day tasks and working to establish robust processes for service delivery across a range of projects. 📝Expectations * Efficient and cost-effective planning of staffing movements. * Both calculating appropriate rig, operational and derig allocations of teams across our events. The Operations Category Lead assists the e-Commerce Supervisor and Department Leads in the efficient operation of Goodwill SoCal’s production activities within an assigned category by providing day-to-day operational oversight of Associates. This role ensures established goals related to sales, order fulfillment, customer service, safety, payroll, and expense control are met through consistent execution of operational workflows, marketplace standards, and adherence to Goodwill Southern California policies and values. What you'll do: Operations & Fulfillment Quality Control * Maintains working knowledge of assigned category level e-commerce operations workflows, including order processing, shipping, and fulfillment activities. * Perform routine checks to ensure order accuracy, proper packing, and adherence to established fulfillment and marketplace standards. * Perform daily Operations Associate duties as needed to support workflow continuity and on-time order fulfillment. Team Leadership & Performance Management * Provide day-to-day operational oversight of Associates within assigned categories to ensure tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. * Assign work, monitor workflow, and follow up to ensure operational standards and fulfillment expectations are met. * Observe Associate performance and provide real-time guidance and coaching to support operational effectiveness. * Communicate performance observations, attendance concerns, and operational issues to the Supervisor or Management team as appropriate. * Supervises the functional and operational work of 5-10 staff. Customer & Marketplace Support * Perform seller-side functions of assigned e-commerce sales channels in accordance with marketplace policies and standards. * Under the guidance of the Department Lead, respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Share customer feedback with the e-commerce operations team to support service improvements and issue resolution. * Understand and follow marketplace fulfillment timelines and service-level expectations. Inventory, Equipment Material Handling * Under the guidance of the Department Lead, ensures inventory management systems accurately support production tracking and merchandise flow. * Assist in maintaining inventory rotation practices within assigned categories. * Load and unload trucks and assist with material handling as required. * Support the maintenance of operational equipment, tools, and workspaces to ensure safe and efficient operations. Safety, Compliance & Risk Awareness * Promote a Safety-First culture by modeling safe work practices and reinforcing established safety procedures. * Monitor work areas for potential hazards and promptly report safety concerns, incidents, or unsafe conditions. * Ensure proper use of equipment, PPE, and safe material-handling techniques, including lifting practices. * Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaces and support completion of required safety training.
