In this high-impact role, you will serve as the strategic financial partner steering Insify through its next phase of aggressive European growth. As a Head of Finance, you will own the full financial agenda: driving and delivering operational finance projects, professionalising our financial infrastructure, and leading cross-functional initiatives on topics that touch finance across the business. You will help execute and refine our corporate strategy from the inside, embedded deeply enough to shape it as you deliver it.

About Creative Fabrica Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production. Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours. Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch. ABOUT THE ROLE: Creative Fabrica is building Studio, a next-generation creative platform powered by AI, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and external technology vendors. As Studio scales, infrastructure economics, vendor strategy, and platform monetization become critical. We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially strong operator to own the financial and strategic layer behind our platform infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing cloud and vendor spend, optimizing infrastructure economics, tracking commitments and renewals, driving cost-saving initiatives, supporting API pricing strategy, and ensuring we operate Studio efficiently at scale. This role sits at the intersection of: * Finance * Infrastructure * Product * Engineering * Commercial Strategy You will work directly with leadership and have a measurable impact on margins, scalability, and platform profitability. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Vendor & Contract Management * Own strategic vendor relationships across cloud, infrastructure, AI, SaaS, and technology partners. * Maintain a centralized contract and vendor repository. * Track commitments, pricing agreements, amendments, and renewal timelines. * Identify renegotiation opportunities and commercial improvements. * FinOps & Infrastructure Economics * Own AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, and related infrastructure spend. * Monitor usage, cost trends, commitments, and infrastructure efficiency. * Build reporting and forecasting together with Finance. * Identify and drive infrastructure savings initiatives. * Introduce cost governance, budget visibility, and usage accountability across teams. * Platform Economics & Pricing * Support pricing strategy for Studio APIs and platform services. * Analyze margins, infrastructure costs, and profitability across products. * Benchmark competitor pricing models and identify optimization opportunities. * Evaluate resale opportunities for third-party APIs and infrastructure services. * Support monetization and commercial packaging decisions. * Commercial Optimization * Analyze vendor performance, pricing structures, and market alternatives. * Support buy-vs-build and vendor selection decisions. * Continuously optimize platform economics and operational efficiency. * Compliance & Reporting * Own WBSO tracking and reporting in collaboration with Finance and Engineering. * Ensure accurate financial and operational documentation. * Track and request additional subsidy opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: * 5+ years experience in FinOps, strategic sourcing, procurement, infrastructure finance, cloud economics, or related fields. * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure pricing models (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud). * Experience managing large vendor contracts and commercial negotiations. * Strong financial and analytical skills. * Advanced spreadsheet and modeling capabilities. * Experience building reporting around spend, forecasting, commitments, and profitability. * Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams. * SQL skills for analyzing infrastructure, API, usage, and financial data. * Strong understanding of SaaS/API pricing models and consumption-based businesses. * Ability to independently drive optimization and cost-saving initiatives. * Highly analytical and detail-oriented. * Commercially aggressive and negotiation-driven. * Structured and organized. * Strong ownership mentality. * Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments. * Able to simplify complex infrastructure and pricing decisions into actionable business insights. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Pragmatic and execution-focused.
