multicultural environment. You take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
across multiple countries. Comfortable working with payroll systems such as ADP, you handle complex payroll structures, bonuses
and monthly changes with confidence. You communicate clearly, work discreetly with sensitive data, and enjoy collaborating with
HR, finance and external partners to continuously improve payroll operations. You will be the main contact/coordinate with the
external payroll providers across the countries.
As a Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end payroll administration for our employees across multiple
countries. You ensure payroll runs smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with local legislation, while acting as a trusted point
of contact for employees and internal stakeholders.

Om tjänsten Som lönespecialist arbetar du i en bred och utvecklande roll där du kombinerar operativ lönehantering med systemförvaltning och förbättringsarbete. Du har ett brett kontaktnät i organisationen och trivs med att ta ägarskap för ditt område. Du arbetar nära Payroll Manager och kollegorna i Payroll- och People teamet. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter • Hantera hela löneprocessen för ca 1 000 medarbetare (både kollektivanställda och tjänstemän), inklusive löneberäkning, tidsystem, frånvaro m.m. • Säkerställa korrekta utbetalningar och lönespecifikationer. • Rapportering till myndigheter, samt framtagning av statistik och data till SSP Group. • Hantera rutiner och systeminställningar kopplade till lönehantering (bl.a. POL, SuccessFactors och Quinyx). • Enklare HR och lönerelaterade ekonomiadministrativa uppgifter, t.ex. underlag till bokslut. • Leda och delta i utvecklingsprojekt kopplade till system och processer inom lön. • Ge rådgivning och support till chefer i frågor relaterade till lön, HR och system. Vem är du? Vi söker både en lönespecialist och en senior lönespecialist. För den seniora rollen ser vi att du har minst fem års erfarenhet av kvalificerat lönearbete. Du har relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom lön, ekonomi eller HR och god förståelse för både ekonomi/bokslut och HR och lönerelaterade frågor. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i tid- och bemanningssystem och känner dig trygg i din kompetens. För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du är servicemedveten, har hög integritet och är van vid att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och noggrant. Du har ett stort systemintresse och trivs i en roll där du tar ägarskap och driver förbättringar. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of payroll and benefits administration across multiple jurisdictions. This role partners closely with Finance, HR, employees, external vendors, and contractor providers to ensure an excellent employee experience, full compliance with statutory and company requirements, and a continuous focus on process improvement and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Process payroll across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate and timely payments, payroll changes, accruals, overtime, bonuses, and reporting. * Administer employee benefits programs, including healthcare, pensions, and other regional benefit schemes. * Manage payroll and benefits queries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Maintain relationships with payroll, benefits, and contractor service providers, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance. * Support employee onboarding by providing payroll and benefits guidance to new hires. * Prepare payroll-related financial documentation, including journals, invoices, purchase orders, and audit support. * Maintain payroll and benefits resources on the company intranet, promoting employee self-service and process efficiency. * Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, new vendor implementations, and benefits harmonisation initiatives across regions. REQUIREMENTS MANDATORY: * 3+ years' experience in high-volume payroll processing in Ireland, managing multiple priorities with overlapping deadlines. * Experience using payroll systems such as CloudPay or similar payroll software. * Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance requirements. * Advanced Excel skills. * Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to explain complex payroll concepts to non-payroll stakeholders. * Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders. * Ability to deliver work within agreed timelines while maintaining accuracy. High level of personal accountability, professionalism, and discretion. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation. JOB PURPOSE The Payroll Specialist provides essential, high-precision support in delivering timely and accurate payroll across Moniepoint’s global markets. you will ensure that our international workforce is paid accurately and on time. You are the guardian of payroll data integrity, a key point of contact for employee queries, and a champion of compliant financial reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Global Payroll Execution & Validation * End-to-End Processing: Prepare, validate, and record payroll inputs across all active platforms in India and UK, ensuring local nuances and regional labor laws are respected. * Accuracy & Reconciliation: Execute rigorous monthly cycles, including variance reviews, accuracy checks, and reconciliation of payroll feeders to the general ledger. * HRIS Synchronization: Audit and validate that employee lifecycle changes (hires, terminations, promotions) are mirrored accurately between HRIS and payroll systems. Partner with business leaders to operationalize people plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent priorities * Compliance, SOX & Statutory Oversight * SOX Compliance & Controls: Maintain and adhere to SOX-compliant workflows, ensuring all payroll activities follow established internal controls, approval hierarchies, and strict audit trails. * Statutory Submissions: Support the timely filing of PAYE, pensions, taxes, and other local statutory requirements across all operating jurisdictions. * Audit Readiness: Assist in producing detailed schedules and documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring a "zero-findings" environment. * Stakeholder Management & Optimization * Employee Experience: Respond to payroll-related inquiries with professional clarity, maintaining high satisfaction through timely and empathetic communication. * Third-Party Management: Coordinate with payroll providers and third-party vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. * Process Improvement: Troubleshoot data discrepancies and collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams to automate manual tasks and maintain updated process documentation (SOPs). QUALIFICATIONS * Experience: 4 or more years of dedicated payroll or HR operations experience in a professional environment. * Systems Fluency: Hands-on familiarity with global payroll platforms such as Payfit, Gusto, Monnify, Razorpay, or similar cloud-based tools. * Analytical Prowess: Strong attention to detail and advanced confidence working with spreadsheets, complex data sets, and financial numbers. * Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data trends. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * International Scope: Prior experience supporting multi-entity and multi-currency payroll environments. * Regional Expertise: A basic understanding of payroll requirements across India, UK. * Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with maintaining internal controls (SOX) within a payroll operations context.
