The sales trader has to develop mid and senior-level relationships with top-class companies (utilities, project developers,
corporates, generators and industrials) and actively close transactions that meet the clients and Caely demands. The teams,
including your personal, performance is measured with an annual ambitious sales plan.
The ambition is to grow as an individual and as a company in this exciting and rapidly growing market. You will be responsible for
trading products such as carbon offsets (voluntary and obligatory), renewable power and gas certificates, energy efficiency
certificates, transport quota’s, amongst others.
We help our clients reduce their environmental (future risk) positions, maximize their output while utilizing and building our
network. You will have full support directly from the management team and future colleagues.

This is a unique opportunity: you'll start in Amsterdam, working closely with our experienced team, and after 6–12 months, you'll help launch our new German office as a key commercial player. DEINE AUFGABEN As a (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for acquiring new customers for our Rail-Flow products. You act as a persuasive salesperson, presenting our products to potential customers and convincing them that Rail-Flow solutions take rail freight and intermodal transport to a new level. You will organize your sales pipeline and take full responsibility for your customers from initial acquisition to closing the sale. Sales of Rail-Flow platform solutions in Europe: * Generate and qualify leads through cold and warm acquisition, which we obtain from marketing campaigns, trade show visits, and similar activities. * Prepare, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings remotely and on-site, with and without product demonstrations for all management levels of our potential customers. * Create proposals, negotiate, and finalize customer contracts. * Identify and close cross-selling opportunities between the solutions of our platform for the same customer. * Account management of your own customers after the implementation phase. Sales management, product, and partner development: * Target new customers and generate a sales pipeline. * Identify opportunities for further development of existing products to increase product benefits and revenue, and develop corresponding concepts together with internal contacts (Product Owners). * Create partnerships with suitable partners to expand the marketing or use of Rail-Flow solutions. WHO WE ARE At Neuroelectrics® we are on a mission to change brain health forever. We design and manufacture wearable medical devices that monitor and modulate brain activity — combining high-density EEG with non-invasive neurostimulation to help researchers and clinicians tackle some of the most challenging neurological and psychiatric conditions, from epilepsy and stroke to depression and Alzheimer's. POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial activity. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an experienced sales professional who knows the EU research and clinical landscape, enjoys representing breakthrough technology, and wants the autonomy of a self-employed contract. You will own the Spanish market end-to-end — building the pipeline, closing deals and acting as the local face of Neuroelectrics for universities, hospitals, research institutes and key opinion leaders. WHAT WILL YOU DO * Develop and execute the Spanish sales plan for our EEG and non-invasive brain stimulation portfolio. * Build and nurture a strong pipeline across academic, clinical and research institutions. * Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, technical demos (with support from our product team), proposal, negotiation and close. * Represent Neuroelectrics at conferences, trade shows and customer sites. * Monitor the market — competitors, pricing, trends, funding cycles — and adjust the strategy accordingly. * Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts; report progress against targets to the Sales Director. * Work closely with our Marketing and Product Management teams to align messaging, gather customer insights and shape the go-to-market. WHAT DO YOU NEED * At least 3 years of experience, with must have hunter mentality. * Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in the EU market. * Bachelor's degree in business, plus a technical or scientific background (or equivalent experience). clinical understanding: knowledge of EEG technology, including routine EEG, Ambulatory EEG, LTM (Long-Term Monitoring), and cEEG in the ICU. * Comfortable creating and executing a sales plan, analysing data and reporting on progress. * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. * Willingness to travel up to 50–60% within the assigned territory for client site visits and clinical trials. Highly valued * Experience selling medical devices, scientific instruments or research equipment. * Direct experience with EEG, neurostimulation, neuroimaging or neuroscience-related technology. * Established network across neuroscience, neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation or academic research communities. * Clinical or scientific background (neuroscience, biomedical engineering, psychology).
