You will join the Flow Traders EMEA Operations team based in our Amsterdam office. We have an expanding product universe, covering
all major asset classes. Our team covers a multitude of areas and follows the full trade lifecycle. As such, the opportunities to
learn and grow are limitless within the organization.
For this role, we are looking for candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Middle Office, or a related
field, combined with good analytical and programing skills, as well as a a strong desire to continue learning and developing

IMC is a research-driven trading firm with a growing portfolio of conferences and branded events, spanning conferences and bespoke competitions such as the IMC Chess Academy, run in partnership with Team Liquid. We need an experienced marketing events specialist to own execution across this program on a permanent basis. Strategy and senior stakeholder management sit with the Global Marketing Manager; your remit is flawless execution. YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Conferences * Own project plans, timelines, and risk tracking for each conference. * Coordinate content, comms, assets, merchandise, supplier logistics, travel arrangements, social events, and on-site execution. * Support campaign activity in the lead-up to each event. * Deliver post-event reports with performance metrics and recommendations. Chess Academy * Own execution for the Sydney regional event and subsequent regional rounds. * Manage project plans, qualifier logistics, comms, content scheduling, and prize fulfilment across all regions. * Coordinate with regional marketing teams and Team Liquid. * Contribute to 2027 global rollout planning, documenting processes and timelines for scale. Cross-Functional Coordination * Keep agencies, suppliers, and internal teams aligned across time zones. * Brief creative teams and review outputs against brief and brand standards. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * 3+ years in event management, conference execution, or marketing project management, with international events experience. * Highly organised with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams. * Clear communicator with internal teams and external partners. * Comfortable with campaign execution including email and social scheduling. * Able to work independently and build structure with minimal direction. * Ability to travel internationally for conferences and events (40%) * Flexible with working hours to accommodate earlier calls with APAC and later calls with the US where applicable. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field. * Proficiency in project management tools * Fluency in English; additional languages a plus. * Eligibility to work in the Netherlands. YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY: In essence, your role involves: * Leading ACT’s global sustainability compliance strategy across renewable fuels, gases, and energy products, ensuring alignment with regulatory and certification requirements. * Owning and overseeing certification audits, reporting activities, and certification maintenance across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. * Partnering with commercial, risk, legal, and operations teams to identify compliance risks and opportunities, enabling informed business decisions. * Developing, optimizing, and scaling global compliance systems, processes, and governance frameworks to support sustainable growth. * Building, leading, and coaching a high-performing global team of sustainability compliance specialists and experts. * Monitoring regulatory developments and translating new requirements into effective compliance strategies and operational practices. * Representing ACT in industry associations, regulatory forums, and certification bodies to strengthen our market position and license to operate. * Driving a culture of compliance through policies, training initiatives, and continuous improvement programs across the organization. * Ensuring accurate, timely, and complete sustainability reporting while maintaining the highest standards of audit readiness and certification integrity. * Supporting the development and launch of new products by providing strategic sustainability compliance guidance throughout the product lifecycle. YOUR EXPERTISE, OUR SHARED SUCCESS: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: * University degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. * 6–8+ years of experience in sustainability compliance, renewable fuels, renewable gas, energy markets, or a related regulated industry. * Strong expertise in sustainability certification and regulatory frameworks, including ISCC, REDcert, Better Biomass, RFS, LCFS, RPS, and REC programs. * Proven experience leading compliance audits, certification programs, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements. * Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams in an international, fast-paced environment. * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business solutions. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across functions, geographies, and external organizations. * Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and evolving regulatory environments while driving process improvements and innovation. * Clear and confident communication skills, with the credibility to engage senior leaders, regulators, auditors, and industry representatives. * A proactive, coaching-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. We deliver professional services (PS) engagements to help our customers build and productionize first of its kind AI applications with a focus on GenAI. We work cross-functionally to shape long-term strategic priorities and initiatives alongside AI/ML Product, Research, and Engineering. We are looking for a world-class leader to lead and grow our EMEA AI FDE team. In this role, you will lead customers on their AI/ML transformation with Databricks, push the boundaries of our product, recruit and develop top data scientists/machine learning engineers, and manage a portfolio of key EMEA accounts.
