At Kineto, we believe the creative economy will reach $3 trillion by 2035 - 15 times its current value. Millions of creators are already building audiences and businesses online, but most still can’t easily turn their ideas into real digital products. Kineto is an AI-powered platform for creators. Think of it as the sharpest colleague a creator could have — one that handles research, content writing, social media strategy, image and video generation, analytics, and workflow automation so creators can focus on what they do best: creating. Kineto brings together the best of AI and creator tools into a single intelligent assistant that actually gets things done. We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape how Kineto looks and feels across every touchpoint — from our web presence and social channels to the product itself. This is a role for someone who wants to own a significant part of a brand's creative direction, not just execute on briefs. In this role, you will: * Own and evolve Kineto's brand identity — visual language, guidelines, and creative direction across all channels. * Design and build web pages that communicate the product's value with clarity and style. * Create and automate social media visuals using AI-powered workflows — from templates to dynamic content generation. * Produce motion and video content — animations, product demos, social clips, and other brand assets. * Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure brand consistency across the product interface and external communications. * Contribute to product design when needed — wireframes, UI components, and interactive prototypes. * Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and the wider team. We'd love to have you on the team if you: * Have a strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, visual identity systems, and web design. * Are proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. * Can apply and extend a brand's visual language consistently across web, social, and product surfaces. * Clearly articulate design decisions and justify proposed solutions. * Have experience creating assets for social media at scale (templates, automation-friendly formats). * Feel comfortable working in a highly iterative environment and adapting as the product evolves. * Can guide tasks end to end — from concept through execution and feedback. * Have a realistic understanding of your strengths and areas for growth. We'd be especially thrilled if you: * Have hands-on experience with animation and motion design (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations, etc.). * Are skilled in video editing for social and brand content. * Have experience with AI-assisted design workflows — generative tools, automated content pipelines, or AI prototyping. * Bring a genuine passion for branding and want to take ownership of Kineto's creative direction. #LI-DNI We are an equal opportunity employer We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. WE’LL BE THRILLED TO BRING YOU ON BOARD IF YOU: * Have at least three years of experience as a Data Engineer/Data Analyst. * Have a high-level perspective on tasks and the product as a whole. * Have experience working with web/iOS. * Have strong SQL skills. * Have experience building ETL/ELT pipelines. * Are comfortable owning systems end to end, not just implementing tasks. * Are extremely detail-oriented when working with data. * Move fast and work independently. * Can quickly get up to speed with new tech stacks. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to build user-facing products that impact hundreds of thousands of legal professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to join and lead one of the product teams shaping the core of the Legora platform, working across surfaces like our drafting products, tabular review, task management, and research and regulatory products. Wherever you land, the mandate is the same: build 0-to-1 products that help revolutionize a legacy profession. You’ll do it inside an AI-native company growing at hyper speed, with the autonomy to take ideas from a blank canvas to products that thousands of lawyers rely on every day. This is a rare chance to define entirely new categories of legal software, not iterate on the old ones. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of our core user-facing product areas, such as drafting, tabular review, task management, or research and regulatory products. * Build 0-to-1 products and features from the ground up, taking ideas from concept to launch and iterating quickly based on real user feedback. * Partner closely with design and engineering to ship polished, AI-native experiences with a strong bar for craft. * Deeply understand how legal professionals work, and translate their needs into intuitive, opinionated product decisions. * Use AI as a core building block, shaping how legal professionals work with and trust AI in their day-to-day. * Run experiments, instrument the right metrics, and turn data and qualitative insight into a prioritized roadmap. * Move fast in a high-growth environment, balancing speed with quality and a relentless focus on user impact. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building user-facing products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. * A track record of building 0-to-1 products that have had a major impact on users. * Hands-on experience building AI-native products, where AI is a central part of the experience. * Strong product judgment and the ability to balance qualitative insight with quantitative rigor. * Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering tightly with design, engineering, and other functions to ship products. * A genuine interest in revolutionizing a legacy profession and making complex software feel simple, fast, and enjoyable. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes.
