Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi
embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive
insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is
built in-service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy,
Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
About the Role
You'll be the first person a merchant contacts when something's not working. This role sits at the center of Tebi's promise to
hospitality: when a restaurant reaches out, you turn a stressful moment into a solved one. You'll own the resolution end-to-end,
from first reply to final fix, and your fingerprints will be on every process we build to scale support without losing the
personal touch.
Your day-to-day will be full of merchant communication, investigation and problem solving as well as project work around knowledge
base, new tools, AI automation and product updates.
What You'll Do
What You'll Bring
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems
(KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently
don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday
life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI
increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but
doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

We’re 50|50 tech and marketing, partner-led, and first to move. Clients include Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay, and OpenAI. We have been certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021. JOB PURPOSE This role sits within our Content & Communications Strategy practice in the Netherlands. We’re the layer that turns brand and business ambitions into a working operating system for content: channel roles, content architecture, audience logic, and measurement. We decide what a brand should say, where, to whom, and why, and connect it all so every channel pulls in the same direction. Looking to kick off your career as a strategist who shapes how brands communicate? During this internship you’ll join our talent program designed to shape you into a next-level content and communications strategist. We’ll give you all the attention, feedback, GIFs, and high fives you need to grow into a standout professional. Our goal? To help you reach your full potential. A content and communications strategist works at the level above individual content, defining the roles channels play, how content is structured across the journey, which audiences we’re speaking to, and how we measure whether it’s working. You’ll dive into audience and category research, help build content frameworks and messaging, contribute to always-on and campaign strategy, and translate thinking into clear, usable outputs for clients. From day one, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor for 1-on-1 coaching and join a team of passionate strategists always ready to help. Our hands-on workshops will sharpen your skills even further. By the end of your internship, you’ll have gained real experience and worked on projects for A-list clients. Take it from us, your resume will be more than ready for a future in content and communications strategy. Note: to be eligible for this internship, you are required to be living and studying in the Netherlands and be fluent in Dutch. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and designers to develop content and communications strategies for our clients. * Dig into audience, category, and channel research using tools like GWI, native platform analytics, and AI-powered deep-research. * Support qualitative research: contributing to participant recruitment, note-taking, and assisting in interviews, surveys, and focus groups. * Help build the building blocks of strategy: content audits, messaging frameworks, channel roles, content architectures, and always-on vs. campaign logic. * Conduct competitive and category analysis, deep-diving into the latest content, communications, and platform trends to inform strategy and positioning. * Translate strategy into clear, usable outputs: briefs, frameworks, and slide decks that clients can act on directly. * Turn performance learnings into creative learnings, spotting what resonates and feeding it back into new content ideas, messaging, and optimisations. * Prep and facilitate workshops and presentations, using tools such as Miro, Google Slides, and Figma. * Support the Content & Communications Strategy team in bringing research and strategy to life for clients. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Even if you don’t tick every box, that doesn’t mean we’re not a match. If you feel like this role could be right for you, go for it and apply! * You’re a natural problem-solver who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. * You’re a structured thinker who enjoys bringing order to complexity, turning messy inputs into clear frameworks and stories. * A business detective: audience, market, category, or performance research is your thing, and you know how to turn data into a story. * You care about impact, you’re comfortable with numbers and enjoy connecting what content does to what it achieves. * You’re curious about content, communications, and platforms, and you get excited about the potential of AI. * You bring energy and structure to workshops and co-creation sessions, and know how to get everyone involved. * You know how to make ideas shine, whether that’s through a smart framework or a killer slide deck that blends content and design seamlessly. * Someone studying preferably in the field of Communications, Marketing, Media, Strategy, or similar (WO or HBO). * You are currently enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship. * Availability of 4 days per week, preferably 5, from September 2026 for a duration of 6 months. * You speak Dutch fluently, and you’re also confident in English, whether you’re writing, presenting, or just chatting with the team. WE OFFER * DEPT® has been named A Great Place To Work in 2022 and certified B-Corp® since 2021 - award winning in the best way possible. * Awesome clients. Whether big, small, local or global — at DEPT® you’ll get the opportunity to work with all of them. And we celebrate all of our successes together! * A monthly allowance of 450 euros + internet allowance. * Opportunities to develop your skills even further through training and certifications. * Everything to focus on your health: from free bootcamp to yoga lessons, mindfulness sessions, mental health services, serious discounts on sport memberships, healthy lunches at the office, and above all: a safe work environment. * Great fringe benefits; use of OV-bikes, an NS Business Card and many other goodies. * You can discover even more employee benefits here.
