Do you have some experience supporting customers across a variety of channels? While our Flowers team looks after our beautiful bouquets, our Customer Delight team takes care of our wonderful customers.  We work around the clock to support and delight our customers at every turn - ensuring no question goes unanswered, and always looking for ways to improve our customer experience.  We’re always keen to speak with anyone who is passionate about great customer service and is looking to develop their skills in this area.  If you are a fluent Dutch and English speaker (German and Danish speakers also needed!), with a little bit of experience in a customer-focused  role, we’d love to hear from you! We hire throughout the year and are able to offer hybrid, flexible (24-40 hour) working patterns across Monday - Sunday.  We have offices in Amsterdam and London, and are also able to offer remote working in Germany. WHY WE STARTED W3BWAVE The impact of crypto on trading has been both profound and multifaceted and we expect it to reshape traditional financial markets with unprecedented speed. As this space evolves, we want to ensure that the next wave of talent looking to develop careers in trading or technology is properly equipped to understand this fast-changing world and its full potential, which is why Flow Traders, Deribit and Bitvavo have launched the Netherlands first dedicated Crypto talent pool - W3BWAVE. Currently, there are no studies or associations in the Netherlands focused on digital assets or crypto. Therefore, as three leading firms in the space, we want to bring this cutting-edge financial development to the student population. Are you interested in joining this unique Talent Pool? About the role: As a Strategy Associate Intern at Workwize, you’ll get exposure to the entire company – from strategy and operations to product and growth. You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff and support the leadership team on high-impact strategic projects that shape the future of Workwize. Whether it’s driving pricing or product expansion projects, conducting deep market and competitor research, assisting with investor reporting, or stepping in to solve operational challenges – no two projects are the same. This internship is a unique opportunity to experience the fast-paced life of a startup, gain a holistic understanding of how a business scales, and actively contribute to that journey. Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in final stages of BSc or MSc) in business, economics, engineering, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you’re comfortable working with data to draw insights and support decisions. * Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to clearly structure complex ideas. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Proficient in tools like Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; bonus for experience with Notion, HubSpot, or BI tools. * Experience in startups, consulting, operations, venture capital, or student-led strategy projects is a strong plus.
