ABOUT THE ROLE Constructor Group is looking for a President / Head of Corporate Development, Argentina & LATAM to lead the development and expansion of the Group’s presence across Argentina and the wider Latin American region. This is a senior strategic and operational role focused on building local market presence, developing partnerships, supporting business growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between regional teams and the global organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead corporate development initiatives across Argentina and LATAM. * Build and maintain relationships with local partners, universities, institutions, government bodies, investors, and business communities. * Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion opportunities. * Represent the company in the region and act as the key senior point of contact for local stakeholders. * Support the development and execution of the regional growth strategy. * Coordinate with global leadership across business, finance, legal, HR, operations, and product teams. * Help establish and scale local operations, processes, and teams where needed. * Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, the regulatory environment, and regional business opportunities. * Support negotiations, partnership agreements, and strategic initiatives. * Ensure alignment between local execution and global company priorities. * Prepare regular updates, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership. You will be responsible for building and managing a highly technical enterprise engineering team, developing first principled-based strategies, and enabling strong enterprise security.
