The role
We're looking for hungry, commission-driven sales professionals to help families transform their children's education through our
online tutoring programs. You’ll be calling warm leads (they’ve clicked our ads) and closing sales for educational packages
ranging from $99-$1,499.
This is not a customer service role - we need closers who love the thrill of winning deals and hitting targets.

Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day quote and pricing approvals * Partner with our commercial teams to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in Salesforce, including stage, probability, booking amount, and other key fields * Create standard templates, playbooks, and sales guidance documents that streamline the deal desk process * Serve as the first line of defense for tackling small cleanliness/technical issues on everything deal flow related * Assist with upkeep of our Salesforce data * Respond to billing helpdesk tickets, including subscription and invoice adjustments, refunds, and customer due diligence inquiries * Assist with supplier portal setup and maintenance, including uploading PO-backed invoices for customer payment processing Qualifications * Experience working with Salesforce. * Certified Salesforce Administrator credential * Proactive, eager to learn and hard-working. * Strong quantitative/data skills. * Strong excel and spreadsheet skills. * Strong English language skills. * Strong attention to detail, organization skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities * Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations with superior attention to detail. * Partner with Accounts Payable teams to ensure the accuracy of information recorded in the financial statements as it relates to expense recognition, accruals, sales tax, prepaid expenses, fixed assets & intangibles, and lease accounting. * Proactively review GL transaction details throughout the month to streamline month-end close timelines, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of information recorded. * Prepare timely and accurate information to support financial audits, monthly close packages, and quarterly financial review packages. * Assist in identifying opportunities for accounting process efficiencies. * Implement and document processes and procedures for compliance purposes. * Support cross-department efforts and build relationships with other teams including accounting, FP&A, IT, People, and legal. Qualifications * Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is preferred. * Has a minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment, SAAS industry preferred. * Must have a strong knowledge of US GAAP * Has 1-2 years of experience with a large regional or Big Four audit firm, preferred. * Has multi-entity experience with multi-currency international consolidations.Has strong systems expertise. Experience with Netsuite is a plus and ideally has experience in other tools in our accounting stack (Tipalti, Ramp, Avalara) * Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities. * Has a track record of identifying issues and developing creative solutions with limited guidance, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. * Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
