We are looking for a Sales Operations Admin to join our growing Revenue Operations team. As Sales Operations Admin you will work
with members of Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Legal teams. The Deal Desk function is a strategic role responsible for
optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business
growth and customer satisfaction.

About the role We are searching for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role offers a unique opportunity for high visibility and meaningful interaction with various departments across our organization. Our company operates at a rapid pace, and we continuously develop processes, tackle complex challenges, and manage competing priorities on a daily basis. In this position, your primary focus will be to take ownership of key parts of the month-end close, leading initiatives aimed at enhancing the speed and accuracy of our reporting cycle. Responsibilities * Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations with superior attention to detail. * Partner with Accounts Payable teams to ensure the accuracy of information recorded in the financial statements as it relates to expense recognition, accruals, sales tax, prepaid expenses, fixed assets & intangibles, and lease accounting. * Proactively review GL transaction details throughout the month to streamline month-end close timelines, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of information recorded. * Prepare timely and accurate information to support financial audits, monthly close packages, and quarterly financial review packages. * Assist in identifying opportunities for accounting process efficiencies. * Implement and document processes and procedures for compliance purposes. * Support cross-department efforts and build relationships with other teams including accounting, FP&A, IT, People, and legal. Qualifications * Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is preferred. * Has a minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment, SAAS industry preferred. * Must have a strong knowledge of US GAAP * Has 1-2 years of experience with a large regional or Big Four audit firm, preferred. * Has multi-entity experience with multi-currency international consolidations.Has strong systems expertise. Experience with Netsuite is a plus and ideally has experience in other tools in our accounting stack (Tipalti, Ramp, Avalara) * Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities. * Has a track record of identifying issues and developing creative solutions with limited guidance, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. * Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Job Summary: The Sales Compensation Administrator owns the tracking and subsequent payment of all variable OEM compensation plans. This includes the technical sales plans in the Americas and APAC, BDR plans, Sales Manager plans, Sales Director plans, Distribution plans, and Inside Sales plans. You own territory alignment and ensure that sales are accurately attributed to the correct rep. You also support resolving data issues affecting sales compensation. Work Schedule: This is a hybrid position. New team members will be expected to work onsite 4–5 days per week during the first few months to support training, onboarding, and team integration. Ongoing schedule flexibility will be evaluated after the training period.
