As VP Manufacturing, you will lead the establishment and scaling of Harmattan AI’s manufacturing capabilities in the United
States. This role is critical to enabling the company’s rapid expansion and supporting the delivery of advanced defense
technologies to U.S. customers.
You will be responsible for building and managing Harmattan AI’s U.S. manufacturing ecosystem, including the setup and
optimization of production capabilities through industrial partners and internal operations as the company scales.
You will ensure alignment with Harmattan AI’s global industrial strategy, quality standards, and operational best practices.
This role requires a hands-on leader capable of structuring and scaling reliable industrial capacity in the United States, while
coordinating closely with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams across multiple geographies.
You will work in close coordination with the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain and jointly develop and deploy the U.S.
manufacturing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with Harmattan AI’s global industrial roadmap while maintaining clear execution

DEINE MISSION Als Vice President Manufacturing Operations / Produktionsleitung (m/f/d) übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für unser sprichwörtlich einmaliges Produktionswerk mit rund 200 Mitarbeitenden in Berlin. Du berichtest direkt an den Vorstand der Swissbit Germany AG sowie die Konzernleitung und bist maßgeblich verantwortlich für die operative Steuerung, Performance-Steigerung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsorganisation. SPANNENDE AUFGABEN WARTEN AUF DICH * Gesamtverantwortung für die Halbleiterbasierte Integration (Advanced‑Packaging) und Electronic Manufacturing im 24/7‑Betrieb. * Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktions‑Organisation (Production, Planning, Logistics, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance) mit mehreren Führungsebenen. * Direkte Führung der Produktion und des Shopfloors * Verantwortung für Produktionsprogramm, Kapazitätsplanung und OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) inklusive Schichtmodell‑Design und kurz‑/mittelfristiger Headcount‑Planung. * Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines schlanken, stabilen und hochautomatisierten Produktionssystems (Lean, TPM, KVP, Six Sigma) * Steuerung von Durchsatz-, Yield‑ und Qualitätsverbesserungsprogrammen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette * Budget‑ und Kostenstellenverantwortung für den Bereich Manufacturing Operations, inklusive Investitionsplanung (CapEx) und Kostenoptimierung (OpEx). * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities und IT/OT zur Industrialisierung neuer Produkte und zur Skalierung der Kapazitäten * Vorbereitung und Steuerung von Ramp‑Ups (Technologie‑ und Volumen‑Skalierung) * Verantwortliche Betreuung und Mitgestaltung des Shopfloor Layouts im Zuge der anstehenden Standorterweiterungen * Nutzung digitaler Werkzeuge (MES, APS, SPC, Advanced Analytics) zur datengetriebenen Steuerung von Durchsatz, Yield, Cycle Time und Equipment‑Verfügbarkeit. * Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits‑ und Umweltschutz (EHS) sowie Einhaltung aller regulatorischen wie z.B.
