As an Onboarding Associate, you’ll be tasked with providing exceptional partner experience and outstanding service during the
onboarding of our restaurant partners, which strongly contributes to long-term operational success. Your tasks will include
managing the partnership during the onboarding process, and ensuring that all necessary data inputs are available in a timely
manner. You will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure a seamless
onboarding process by driving the resolution of any obstacles encountered.

As Merchant Onboarding Associate, you’ll be tasked with providing exceptional partner experience and outstanding service during the onboarding of our restaurant partners, which strongly contributes to long-term operational success. Your tasks will include managing the partnership during the onboarding process, and ensuring that all necessary data inputs are available in a timely manner. You will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure a seamless onboarding process by driving the resolution of any obstacles encountered. DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL: * Manage a portfolio of leads and execute systematic outreach * Book and run meetings to acquire new restaurants and retail stores onto Wolt’s platform * Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and collect documentation * Ensure seamless handover of signed partners to the merchant onboarding team * Support the sales team in improving methodologies and processes OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS You’ll do well at Wolt if you: * Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships. * Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures. * Have a proven track record of making sales and closing deals. * Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through. * Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Slovenian. * Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems. * Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market. * Have 2+ years in partner operations or customer support and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, owning end-to-end workflows with on-time delivery. * Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating smartly when they exceed scope.
