Im Marketing treibst du genau diese Vision voran: Du entwickelst Growth‑Strategien, testest neue Kanäle und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lösung die richtigen Menschen erreicht – messbar, skalierbar und mit echtem Impact. DEIN BEITRAG IM ALLTAG: * Du initiierst und leitest Marketing-Experimente, entwickelst innovative Ideen und erschließt neue Growth Channel. Dabei reportest Du direkt zum C-Level. * Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Growth-Hacking-Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenakquise und Brand Awareness. * Du verwaltest digitale und nicht-digitale Marketingkampagnen über mehrere Kanäle (z.B. Social Media, Search, Messen & Events, Paid Media, Unpaid Media etc.) * Du analysierst die Performance der Kampagnen und erstellst Berichte, um den ROI zu optimieren und das Wachstum zu fördern. * Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um Trends zu identifizieren und diese erfolgreich umzusetzen.
